Won't refund unused and unbilled credits

Won't refund unused credits

Will lure you into depositing cash for credits, dashboard will say there's 32 core machine available. But when you deposit and actually try to create a node, it'll say no node available. Infact, they won't let you create the instance without depositing a minimum INR 3000.

Customer support is just the founder, his response is "no vps hosting company refunds credits"

Do business with tophost, they're reliable, cheap and responsive. Not misconcieving like "iotamine"

Hello,

First of all, we cannot allow customers to create VMs without depositing money. And we quoted other providers because you're not believing how the cloud billing works.

Cloud billing is different than how a hosting billing works. In cloud billing, you don't pay for a VPS, you add a fixed credit specified by the provider that allows you to create a VM in the panel. The 3000 INR you add are not for a particular VPS, they are the credit required to create a big VPS like 32 cores.

And we did accept that the node wasn't available at that particular moment but we added more nodes and the capacity was increased and you were able to create a new VM with 32 cores after a few hours.

But instead you wanted to go with refund, I asked you if you want to get refund into your credit balance but you refused and you filed a charge back with your bank.

We have accepted the charge back immediately and refunded your payment.

Please do not post such reviews in a misleading way. While the things you said were true but you're trying to defame, I have already explained you how the cloud billing works but you do not want to understand. I explained you why we cannot fully refund your payment, you did not listen and filed a charge back, we even refunded the payment through charge back.

Thank you.
