It was handled very professionally while still being friendly and nice.
Hillary Albertson and Tammy Krause could not have been more delightful. Hillary had phone tech issues but remained calm. Tammy Krause walked us through with a smile on her face even though we couldn’t see her. She too had Tech issues and also stayed calm and came up with alternative solutions to get the job done. Both remained very professional when speaking and quite frankly was a pleasure to work with.

Andrew was really awesome, worked with us extensively. Always answered his phone and text, explained everything, and is just a really nice guy too.

We got the money we needed and couldn't be happier.

I worked with two great individuals. Alvin was my rep during the application process and Tammy Krauss to sign the contracts. Both were incredible, answered all my question, super friendly, knowledgeable and I never felt pressured into a product that wasn't right for my business. I had been approached by dozens of other companies offering similar products but the others seemed only interested in closing any deal, whether it fit or not. Couldn't have had a better experience and start to finish, under 48 hours. Thanks again Alvin and Tammy!

I'm a small time business compared to some of the other giants IOU funds. Judith and Karen treated me like ROYALTY!! In a time where outstanding customer service is rare, they both hit it out of the ball park! This is now my 3rd deal. I'm not a paid person to make this review up. My first deal with them got my business into Nevada, my 2nd deal to New Mexico and now my new 3rd deal is taking me to Colorado! I advise anyone who reads this to learn from a couple of simple things. 1)Please commit and follow through your payment structures. 2) Its tempting to touch that extra cash, DON'T TOUCH! 3) Use your money to grow and expand and NOT to pay your current debt. I know it's expensive to borrow but honestly here, would you trust someone who you barely know with money that probably won't pay you back? Again thank you for boosting my company up IOU, JUDITH AND KAREN!!
