He is relatable and has a winning personality. He actively listened to understand my business needs. James' committment and tenacity found me the best loan for my business. In addition, I was kept abreast of the status of my loan every step of the way, right up to signing. Tammy was terrific! She explained every inch of the contract. A welcomed personal touch.
