El coste de devolución es altísimo, no baja de 10 €, lo que hace que no merezca la pena devolver el producto porque se pierde dinero. Es una pena que una marca con buena calidad tenga un servicio tan poco accesible. No volveré a comprar mientras no cambien su política de devoluciones.

Chanclas que te manchan los pies
He comprado las ipanemas negras y hay que decir que parecen de buene calidad pero te las pones y en un par de horas caminando se te queda la planta de los pies negra. Luego tienes que frotar muchísimo para limpiarlos.

Horrible..se quedan con mi dinero sin mandarme mi pedido
Horrible... Me envían unas gafas de sol de otra empresa, en vez de los 5 pares de chanclas y sandalias que compre por 97€. Dicen que se han equivocado en la fábrica en China y que yo las devuelva y pagando el envío asegurado a China. No quieren devolverme mi dinero no enviarme mi pedido. Tampoco me dan el contacto de su Manager o complaint manager. Que me ofrecen de devolver un 30% el martes, el jueves 38% y el sábado 40%. Me parecen muy sospechados.. Que tipo de empresa es esta??? Nada confiable...

Sensationeller Service
Der Postbote hatte mein Paket vor der Tür abgestellt und dies ohne Genehmigung. Das Paket hat mich natürlich nie erreicht. Der Service von Ipanema war zuvorkommend und hat ohne Beanstandung ein neues Paket geschickt. Danke für den tollen Service auch wenn es nicht ihr Verschulden war.

Alles lief wunderbar. Dienstag bestellt, Freitag wurde das Paket mit DHL geliefert. Die Schuhe waren gut verpackt und einwandfrei.
Etwas verwirrend ist nur, dass der Shop (Firma: PB Bade & Freizeitmode GmbH) unter mehreren Adressen erreichbar ist und in jeder erhaltenen E-Mail eine andere URL bzw. Mail Adresse stand (ipanema-shop.de, palm-beach-fashion.de, original-ipanema.de).
