Selling Datacenter (DCH) as "Native ISP"
I strongly advise staying away from IPDeep. This service is either run by people who don't understand basic networking or is a deliberate scam. Here is my experience:
Refusal to show samples: Before purchasing, I explicitly asked to see the IP address or a sample from the pool I was about to buy. They refused. Now I know why—they are hiding low-quality server infrastructure.
Product Mismatch (Location & Type): I paid for a "Native Dedicated ISP" in Virginia. Instead, I received IP 204.141.226.227.
Reality: This IP is physically located in Los Angeles, not Virginia.
Infrastructure: It belongs to NTT America (AS2914), which is a Tier-1 Backbone/Transit provider, NOT a consumer ISP.
Fraudulent Labels: I also bought a Dubai proxy (IP 151.243.42.197). Professional databases like IP2Location clearly flag both IPs as Usage Type: DCH (Data Center).
Incompetent Support: When confronted with technical proof, support tried to gaslight me using a basic tool (ping0.cc) as their "official standard." They either lack the professional knowledge to understand the difference between a backbone and a residential connection, or they are intentionally misrepresenting their product to steal money from customers paying via cryptocurrency.
Summary: They sell cheap datacenter transit lines under a "Native ISP" premium label. They refuse refunds and hide behind fake technical standards.
