Really professional, quick and knowledgable.

Rejigged their schedule to fit me in this week under tight time pressure. Blaine and Josh came to fit loft insulation. They were both friendly, professional and efficient. Blaine clearly explained everything to me which I appreciated. Hassle free process and I'm happy with everything- thanks so much!

Blaine and Josh came to do our loft insulation. They were punctual, efficient, and all round lovely guys!! As the only woman in the house at the time, I was a bit nervous beforehand but they were so kind and considerate that all those worries went away. I would definitely recommend!

I’m very pleased with the loft insulation. The survey was thorough & explained to me what was being done & why a survey was necessary prior to work being carried out. The guys who did the installation were polite, arrived on time & cleaned up.

Loft insulation installed to quoted price. Resolved issues with potential asbestos and boarding with no fuss. When guys arrived on site they were polite, got the job done and left the area clean.

I paid for a new build snagging survey which was complete and ready to move in.
The criteria for the survey covers white goods and decor. The surveyor failed to mention the white good issues (no power to the dish washer or the extractor fan and no waste outlet for the washing machine) even though there were in situ and accessible.
I raised a complaint with the Managing Director whose reply contradicted the criteria for the survey, a copy of which he sent me.

Frank and Karl came yesterday to do our cavity wall insulation, they arrived in the time given for the appointment, both very friendly and any questions asked was answered they explained everything and what to do after and left everything clean and tidy.
They are both brilliant

Excellent service from both Frank and Josh. They were both friendly and approachable. Everything was explained and they talked us through the whole process. Frank took the time to show me how to check the log burner for information as I didn’t know what model it was. The overall installation took less time than I expected as we have no side access which I thought would make it more difficult but this was not an issue. They left everything tidy and the holes were covered and left ready to paint as they took the time to match the texture of the wall to make it easier for me. We can heartily recommend Ignite as installers and Frank as Josh are both outstanding.

Absolutely brilliant service! They arrived spot on time and got straight to work filling the cavity insulation without any issues. One of the quickest and cleanest jobs I’ve ever had—truly impressive. Both guys were really sound, friendly, and professional. They left the property spotless and I’m overall very satisfied with the whole experience. Highly recommended!
