Inexperienced Technician

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a new battery for my $1200 Samsung tablet. When I dropped it off, the tech warned me that because of the way he had to disassemble the device, the screen may crack. Because I had no other choice, I went ahead.
He replaced the battery, the screen didn't crack...but he fried the motherboard. The tablet no longer turns on and the screen briefly flickers. No explanation, just a "Sorry man" and was told he could replace the screen for $500. Unexceptable service.
