Where to start with this company, 1st of all, when I got in touch to book my phone in for a screen repair they couldn't be bothered to tell me that they had no screens in until the following week, I found this out after i emailed them to see where my phone was, they advertise a 24hr repair, they had my phone a total of 8 days, I will never be using them again & would advise anyone who does to be prepared to wait, I sent in total 5 emails asking about my phone and they only replied when they could be bothered.

This is the 2nd time I have used iphone surgery and once again the service was excellent. The are competitively priced and keep you update through email of the whole process and timescale.

We sent a water damaged iPhone 6 to be repaired. I paid for express repair which meant it would be fixed within 24hrs and returned. I thought this would mean that if there was any problems they would be in touch within the 24hrs however I had to contact them 48hrs later when I had still heard nothing. Once contacted the service was good as they advised of next steps however I feel the express service was a con for further payment. Won't use them in future if problems occur

Sent off my phone with some trepidation but as it would no longer turn on off a dunking in water it was doing me no good (I had dried it out in rice but no good). I found iPhone surgery online and thought £19.99 to fix it a bargain. I sent it off by registered mail, they emailed me to say they had received it and that it was going to the workshop in the next 48 hours. I then got an email the next day to say that they needed my passcode to finish testing. I emailed them the code and I received an email the next working day to say it was on the way back. It duly safely arrived and worked perfectly. The only thing that would have been good would have been an email to say it was fixed rather than that it ws just coming back.

But a great service and very very reasonable. Thanks

I paid for rapid repair and courier collect but still ended up without my phone for nearly a week - blaming the couriers is poor service no matter what I won't use them again on this basis othe companies offer true 24/48 repair and delivery it's more money but worth it

Changed the charging port on my daughters iPod touch 4th generation. A very fast, reliable service and one happy child. All photos and video clips remained in the ipad.

I used I Phone Surgery to carry out a diagnosis of an I Phone 6 that was completely dead. They could
not fix the problem as it was a logic board fault that cannot be replaced, but the did what they said they would and that was to carry out a diagnosis to find the fault. The communication was excellent and delivery date and time spot on. Superb packaging of phone when returned.

This is the second device I have sent in for repairs, my cracked iPad 2 screen was repaired and returned without any hassle! The frame also had slight damage which was also repaired so I was most impressed! Thanks guys!

We sent an iPad off to have a new screen which was very reasonably priced; then to be told the iPad needed a new LCD component which was going to cost another £50. I was then called by an I phone surgery technician that the component was no longer needed to our joy.
A very honest service and a very quick turn around from being sent off to coming back to us.

I was absolutely gutted after dropping my new iphone 6 down the toilet. after seeing iphone surgery online it gave me some hope that it could be fixed however after waiting 6 days i was told it was beyond repair. I have no idea with phones so will be taking it to the apple store to see if anything can be done. So for anyone whos dropped their iphone 6 down the loo i wouldnt bother wasting your money sending it here as good as the service was.

I let my iPod slither onto a stone floor. Not the brightest thing I've ever accomplished. Having tried, tried and multiple tried every fix on google, I found this little company only 4 miles away from my home. Hoorah!

I used iPhone Surgery for a full refurbishment of my iPhone 5s to repair damage from a fall and a problem with charging.
