wifi won't stay connected
I have had my phone now 10 months and it's forever losing its connection to the wifi. Its not a broadband issue as my ipad doesn't have no issues or my old android phone. I have asked for assistance but fix never worked. If it wasn't for the Apple watch I would ditch it and trade it in for an android phone again.

Tragic, what's happened to Apple. Used to be so user-friendly, incredibly competent. Now... you hardly dare take an update to your phone in case it crashes. Mine did, irretrievably.
Then this week, I opted for iCloud upgrade to 2TB storage for my desktop. Reliable machine ground to a crawl: I opted to disengage from iCloud. It grabbed all my work files, several year's worth. I got them back after hours of difficulty, all now spilled from their identifying folders. Probably an expert could work around that, but why should we need a PhD to use a mac? I have written direct to ceo of course. Will report if I hear back.
Apple iPhone 11 Stick with Android
I purchased this phone at Eldon Square. They push peoples rage buttons and don’t care of the harm they have done to peoples mental health. They know I have autism and have mucked me about 12 days solid. It’s full of glitches. The staff are brainwashed automatons. No respect or humanity. Have no clue of customer service. This phone and the whole apple company should be kicked out of this country. Vile company. have to watch YouTube videos. They have psychologically tortured me since early January. Going back to android where a phone behaves like a phone. Manager said press the Green time square in corner during a call to get the speaker. I did this 5 times my phone was ringing someone’s number in my list. Half the time you can’t hang up. And you have to do the unfreeze routine to turn the phone off. You have to be a genius to know to press the time button to get the speaker phone (which didn’t work) Outrageous phone. Inhumane staff.
Scammers, dont let the name fool you.
I bought a new i phone and it wasnt working at all. When i call customer service they refuse to replace my iphone giving no reason at all. Also with customer care i spoke wth shomel, naidr abd nader who all claim to be the top manager in the customer care department. When i tell them they are recorded or i write things down to know who i spoke wth, they hang up the call understanding they are in trouble for lying on a recorded call.
Worst customer service and worst phone ive seen. I recommendcto stay away and also apple to contact me regarding this matter

Apple is a satisfactory brand, I do believe that they overprice many of their products. But, it's the convenience that is tying me into the Apple

I'm using iPhone 8 and it's really awesome device even after 5 years of use, it's still working fine.
Most of the useful apps are paid. That's a disadvantage for students like me. I wish most of the apps are free.
Will upgrade to iPhone 13 mini soon. :)

My photos are lost. They are all GONE.
I was sold two defective iPhones in two months and ended up with a replacement to which the store staff at Southlake, TX failed to transfer photos and data from my old phone because he didn’t fully follow the transfer process.
I am very upset and disappointed.

No resolution from Apple whatsoever. Basically we're stuck with faulty, glitchy, overheating lemons that freeze often. My phone is frozen until someone Calls Me
Do not fall for Apple's lies ... and pay through the nose for defective product.
We could have purchased cheap phones that would have actually worked. I'm carrying around a brick not a phone because it's useless much of the time.

I have an iPhone which is trash.
Today I received an alert for settings that said I needed to update my payment info.
Screen sharing with rep showed that when I clicked message, it would default back to settings.
I told him that I couldn’t figure out why I was being charged as I already had paid for 50 GB of iCloud storage on 2nd of each month! My one credit card still worked for other monthly expenses. For 90 minutes all this rep kept saying was “I’ve never seen this before!”
Since Apple CEO made $265 million in 2020 I said “Connect me to executive suite! Particularly Tim Cook! The executives are allowing this shoddy iPhone and poor customer service to exist.”
The rep laughed and I hung up. Apple just wants sheep to keep buying new iPhones! Horrible service!
