I will NEVER buy another Apple product.
I thought I had two years warranty on my iPhone, as I bought it from John Lewis. Apple said otherwise. However they did not tell me on the two service telephone calls I had. I found out when I went to the service centre and they told me the cost . I mentioned warranty when I called and told them where and when I purchased the I phone, they even booked me the appointment. Nowhere in the email was there mention of cost. When I called customer service from the service centre to complain about this I was basically told by the Manager that they did not care about customer loyalty. I and my family have had Apple products for as long as they have been on sale and when I said I would not buy anymore I was told by the customer service manager that I could do what I like going forward. Their attitude is despicable. They were negligent in not telling me there was a cost but made me drive 30 mins to find out. The manager was rude and flatly refused to offer any help or to do the repair for free. I had a survey to fill in but when I went to fill it in it said it had already need done. Obviously do not want to hear negative feedback. Bye bye Apple you suck

What happened to Apple Tech Support!

I wish steve jobs was still here. Things would be so much better apple has gone down hill so fast without him. I could give this 5 stars if he was. It really sucks now, The devices break so quickly now. 2 years and toast! I hope Apple gets back on tack so I can give apple 5 stars for devices, and 5 listed of negative 10 for technical support for Apple Care + customers. Even make Junk but back it up by stellar service. Hoping for better days wish they would bring back the cool Palm phone from 2014 as well as the blackberry. People love old school stuff as do I!

The new I pad has some Downgrade…

The new I pad has some Downgrade problems. You can call for help, but support can not solve the simple problem of unlocking the I pad. Best Buy solved it in 2 minutes. Two of us were on the phone for over an hour with Apple Support.
Use Facetime to help solve problems.

I got the latest iPhone (iPhone 12)…

I got the latest iPhone (iPhone 12) from here and I really love this phone. Delivery was the time they told me (took just a few days) and price was the same as the one on Amazon. I have to say Apple products are a bit pricey but I feel they're totally worth it (for me at least!)

People believe Apple is the best

People believe Apple is the best, well it is not. When your device get old, still working and need a small spare, the answer is: buy a new one.
The Iphone 11 is a fraud, I have to change mine TWICE, I do not even finish to pay for this crap phone full of glitches, functions that you can control, and the "support" well "buy a new one". I have macBook air, I pad, I phone and this is it. No more CRAPPLE, I am done F. K this company.
