Was fixed in a couple of hours. HAs worked well since.

Had a broken iPhone screen replaced at the Cannon Street shop - Javedh replaced it with an inferior knockoff screen that stress-fractured after two weeks (spontaneously, with the phone lying flat on its back, protected by a case and an intact tempered glass screen protector). Then he accused me of smashing the screen again.

Other red flags: Extreme reluctance to accept card rather than cash, or to provide a receipt.

Since having my iPad battery replaced here, the fingerprint sensor no longer works!

Replaced my iPhone screen promptly and with no technical fuss in about 20 mins.The replacement is a slightly lower quality but this is far more cost effective than paying Apple for an official one. The chap was also a little unhappy I insisted on paying by card rather than cash.

A little uncertain about the one year warranty promised on submission of a review. So here is the review.

Update: Screen has started malfunctioning with flickering across the bottom and random behaviour when trying to navigate the screen. Will be going for an official screen this time with Apple

Screen was replacement was good, not the same as the original screen from apple, but happy with the repair/replacement. One thing to note is the screen cracked within 3 days of getting the replacement, which made me think the screen that was installed was of poor quality.

Great same day service. Gave me a free screen protection.

I phoned in the morning to ask for repair to phone. Technician phoned me to arrange appointment. Appointment was offered for next day but I said I was out all day and needed it doing today. The Manager said leave it with me and I'll rearrange a few things. At about 2.30pm technician called at door and fixed phone very quickly. Excellent service.

I had a very small problem with my iPhone. There was a slight lift away from the case on the bottom corner of the screen. Barely noticeable. I wanted to sell the phone though, to upgrade. I called to speak to them about what was possible, and they assured me there was a good chance of a fix.

I drove to the main repair depot expecting to get a repair while I waited. There were to be two approaches, flex it back into shape or secure the small movement with a powerful adhesive.

While I was waiting, we got to play with Brian the office Pug doggie. He's very friendly and made the waiting seem very short.

The repair was deemed too minor to try bending the case, and so a strong adhesive was applied, and now the phone is as good as new.

Best part of it - THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME !!!!

You can't beat that - amazing service over the phone, fantastic customer attention at the office (plus Brian the pug to play with) and a perfect, free repair.

What a nice bunch of people, who are clearly looking for long-term service and recommendations - both of which they will certainly get from me.

Screen replacement.
The screen of my Iphone 6 was replaced really quickly on my lunch break. However, it still has a bright spot which is always visible, especially when the screen is displaying lighter colors. The screen comes with one year warranty, so I will bring it back.

New iPad screen was not correctly fitted and came loose within hours; casing was also damaged by repairer. Took it back to complain and in fairness they tried to rectify, but round home button now just floats /wobbles and iPad is generally no longer robust enough to be used by children (or regularly by anyone). Would not use service again.
