iPhone 8 battery failed after two months, battery swelled like another customers' and popped up the screen!

After a few emails and trying various different ways to contact iphonefixuk, I did get a reply and offer of a replacement or refund in the end.

Please fix your phone line to allow messages at least!

Got an iPhone 8 battery which had serious problems after about a weeks use. Asked for a refund. Was refused as I had to send battery back. Impossible as I had sent the phone to apple for an original battery.
Poor quality battery and even poorer customer service!

Bought an iPhoneXR battery from these guys, and then it dawned on me I didn’t have a clue how to fit it, emailed the company and had a quick response from Scott who couldn’t have been more helpful. He talked me through the process step by step and now my phone is working perfectly. Thank you Scott highly recommend this company.

I bought a new battery and LCD screen and digitiser from this company in October 2021 and it was delivered promptly and got my iphone back up and running smoothly. At the end of December I encountered another issue with my phone so contacted them via email. I had a prompt reply and was offered some advice on how to check my phone for a possible proximity sensor fault. After following their advice, it became obvious that this was indeed the fault and therefore ordered a replacement part. Overall, I cannot fault this company and would highly recommend it to others.

I ordered a replacement battery from iPhone fix , the order was dispatched promptly but when I received the battery the connection clip was very slightly different and would not fit on the phone .
I wrote emails , I sent them a message directly on their web site asking if I could pay the return postage and swap the battery still in its original wrapping for one that fits my iPhone . Absolutely no response!!!!
they cannot claim they haven’t received my message so one can only surmise this is how they treat you after they have your money .
It’s mind over matter , they don’t mind and you don’t matter .
I went to eBay and found an original apple battery which cost £1 more but it fits , it’s working fine and was dispatched the day I ordered it

I must say that I have a bad experience with iPhoneFixUK. Initially I bought a replacement battery in April 2021, replaced it and all was well for a time. Over the months battery life was declining fast and now in December 2021 battery actually inflated to the extent that it pushed the phone back cover open. This is clearly a fault of the product and I contacted the company for a replacement (emailed 16 Dec 2021) under their 1 year warranty. So far I got no response. I would be happy to get the matters sorted and I appreciate it's busy time of the year, but as things stand now I can't say I would recommend.

Ordered battery for iPhone 6s and following day was informed that it was being sent. A month later had still not arrived. I sent a couple of emails to them but never received any response. I took up the issue with PayPal and have now received a refund. Customer service atrocious. I would not recommend this company.

I have ordered a redmi note 7 pro battery. But i have received the incorrect one which is smaller in size. Hence I have requested for return four days before but still I am not getting any reply for my mails. I would like to return the battery and get refund for my order

I have ordered from iPhoneFix before without any issues. I ordered a genuine iPhone 8 charge port. It arrived very quickly. When fitting it I couldn't clip one of the mics in place. When I checked, the small metal clip was missing. I contacted iPhoneFix by email and their response was "This should be on with double sided adhesive and moved from the old to the new". Really? A piece of tape approx 3x2mm with a small hole in it - I don't think so. I wrote back saying that the item they show has both metal parts on it and this is what I expect to receive. It would be totally impractical to try and put tape on the part. My email was totally ignored. Needless to say, I will not be using them again. I didn't think to read Trustpilot before ordering, my fault.

Purchased an iPhone 6 battery and as yet not recieved. Sent an email, then tried to call, no reply. Raised a case with PayPal and they did not reply to that. Now passed to PayPal to reclaim money. I view positive reviews with suspicion.

Buy elsewhere! I ordered an 'in stock' battery and paid for GPO 1st class delivery. (later noticed the GPO delivery rate is not correct). The same day I received an email saying the order was on it's way. The battery has still not arrived. They are not responding to my messages left on their 0800 number or their email address. I intend to report them to the trading standards office.

Ordered iphone charger cable and case. The cable arrived but no case. Attempted to call and no answer. Emailed 3x no reply/response to even acknowledge.

Keep away.

ordered something, found out reviews were saying this company wasn't trustworthy, asked for a refund, confirmed order details and so far no response. dissapointing... will update this if/when a refund is received :/

Ordered a replacement battery for an iPhone which should have come with a tool kit to replace it. Toolkit was missing. Contacted company and they said they would send one which didn't arrive. I contacted them a further three times and each time they said one had been sent. I can't believe that four would go missing so can only assume they were just fobbing me off. In the end sent the battery back for a refund.

Had a issue with a screen months after being fitted. Went to order a new one and saw they have warranty so i dropped them an email. Received a reply asking me to send said screen in and if was covered then it would be replaced. This is exactly what happened, posted it off, emailed them to let them know, passed over tracking details, bish bash bosh and just like that received a email back stating that the screen had failed and a replacement was on its way. New screen fitted and back up and running. Great service yet again from everyone at iphonefixuk thank you 😊😊

Recently bought a replacement iphone screen and have bought subsequent products in the past which have been high quality. I returned the screen due to no longer requiring the item and the service and returns policy is great value. My return was dealt with efficiently and professionally. I will always get Apple replacement products from this company as they are so reliable.

Ordered a iPhone 7plus screen which had possibly the worst colours and viewing angles. Also ordered 2 pairs of batteries for iPhone 6 and 6s. Both of the batteries started to bulge. I asked for a replacement, which also started to bulge. The second replacement bulged so bad, my screen was ripped off the ribbon cable connector. I messaged IFUK, they said it was an issue with my phone as they didn’t want to claim responsibility for the damage their batteries caused my devices.

So I ventured into the world of iPhone repair for the first time to replace a battery on my wife's SE. I Googled the problem and found great YouTube help and the iPhonefix website which was so easy to use and great prices, so I thought "Let's do it".
OK so I did order the battery for the SE2020 but it was so easy to return an reorder the correct one and all email replies were within 24 hours! I subsequently ordered a replacement display with ease and now have a functioning iPhone! Many thanks.

I ordered the wrong charging leads , and rang iphonefix , who were absolutely amazing , they understood , and sent out new correct leads the next day, just come in post , and work perfectly , A guy named Scott dealt with my enquiry , amazing , will recommend to friends and family . What an amazing company , will definitely use again and again , Thankyou .
