I ordered and purchased an airpod online!
I ordered and purchased an airpod in-ear headphone from this onlne seller for 1300 Swedish kronor.
1. It took me more than a month to get the product by post and inspite of me trying to get customer service to reply to my mails. The response came the day the product was eventually delivered.
2. The product is a cheap Chinese imitation of Apple's airpod in-ear headphones and it is advertised in such a way that it can be easily misleading. The quality is not good at all and unless you have 1300 Swedish kronor to throw away, I would heavily recommend anyone from purchasing this product online.
3. If you feel Apple's original product is expensive, you can get a much better product from HUAWEI which sells the same variety at 1990 Swedish kronor and that you can avail of part payment options from KLARNA or Qliro.
4. When i finally made online contact with the seller, i was virtually told that they were unable to change the product or refund me. They refused to provide a return address to send the item back to seller and interestingly, there is no adress listed on the website they are selling from.
5. It is clearly obvious that this is a cheap quantity product selling for a high price by misleading online buyers.
For anyone interested, be careful before you decide to throw your money away for a cheap imitation product that is of no good sound quality or any kind of after sales service.
A bad experience dealing with the company!!!
