Great price and great at resolving things when they go wrong
Great price for a battery replacement on my iPhone 12 mini (that shows battery health in Settings, unlike most ‘cheap’ batteries).
Slight snag that the return got lost in the post (these things happen). However Angela at Free Fusion did a great job tracking it down at their local sorting office and getting it resent.

A great day trip away from the Office
Both my husband and I have Apple 6 phones and, although old, still serve us very well. The batteries weren't holding a charge. My husband did his research and found Free Fusion. Rather than send the phones away we decided to visit. Angela couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. We were both so pleased that batteries for this model were still available; it has given them a new lease of life. I also had the screen on my phone replaced and what a difference it has made. Before you visit, I would recommend a quick call to make sure your phone can be repaired. While you are waiting make sure to pay a visit to the Green Bean Cafe. All in all a lovely day out.

Best phone repair in town
Yet another positive experience!
I have been using FreeFusion for years with my family. As a family of 6, with 3 teenagers and a younger child, we have had many mishaps with the phones in our household!
FreeFusion has always been fast and reliable. Every-time has been a same day fix which is excellent for our impatient teenagers!
