Go to settings or menu on tv , look for Data service application, this is normally set to High privacy setting, turn this back to a Low privacy setting, your iPlayer should now be fixed

Total rubbish, never loads, or if it does take upto 10 attempts. Shocking as we pay for a TV liesence and this is what we get for the money Awful.

Don't go to the loo!
All I did was rewind something as misheard the dialogue. Started buffering. Went back to search tool and it couldn't find the programme (!) -error code. Now back to signing in page and just stuck. Can't leave or re- enter. Only had 5 minutes left of programme. Given up. Endless issues with iPlayer. Make sure if you're watching something you have the time to watch it all without a break. It seems pausing, rewinding etc causes it to go off and not come back on.
