Refrain from ordering from this site if you need your items promptly

1. No reply to any messages sent through the site.
2. The ordering system did not function correctly when entering a VAT number; sent a message but no reply.
3. False delivery time demonstarted when making the purchase: ordered on 30-Oct with demonstarted delivery on 3-Nov. The parcel delivered to DHL on 3-Nov; sent a message but once again no reply. The parcel delivered at its destination on 10-Nov.
4. I received an email about forgotten items in my cart (which was not true) and the included list of items was empty! Pure site performance.

Great shop

This shop has been very fair, had an issue with a pretty expensive scooter, they had issued a full refund without much questions asked, as for the other things items (camera, helmet and scooter accessories) all arrived on time and in mint condition. I fully recommend this shop.

Webpage not clear and thieves they send you broken articles

Well as I sent you the screenshot of your webpage I wrote the number of my house. Okay so your web page is not clear because I've been buying all around the world for 15 years and it's the first time this happens. So now tell me more about the broken Quietline 125 fan. I want a refund it's totally broken I can't use it. You still didn't take care of my broken Quietline 125 fan even though I sent you the pictures so you're not serious. Same thing for my order you didn't take care of it to see if it was delivered or not you just took my money and you seem to just want me to give you a five stars review not solve my problem.

Good morning, as already mentioned, you have done 2 reviews for a single order complaining of problems related to the fact that you have read and misunderstood that the Tax Code was not your house number. What should we do with it? We have explained the error to you and you are responsible for the data entered. For problems related to orders, write on the dedicated email, not on TrustPilot. We have already explained how to do it but it seems that she has no interest in doing it.
TrustPilot is a third-party platform for reviews, not for handling disputes (which have not yet been resolved but referred to by you here). As previously written, if you have problems with a product you must send us an email indicating the problem encountered and photos for the evaluation of the replacement. Continuing to put 1 star reviews will not solve your problem. I also inform you that the maximum deadlines for resolving damaged or broken products received have now passed. For the last time and with the will to resolve the unpleasant situation, we remain available via Mail to report the problem, otherwise by contract it is already resolved and nothing will be owed to you as you have spent weeks duplicating 1-star reviews without ever starting the procedure for reporting problems as we have previously indicated and the maximum time for the return is running. Let us know how you intend to proceed. You will no longer receive responses to reviews written here, the situation has been explained to you in detail. For further doubts or questions write to us via Mail.

The product was delivered in 6 days since i placed the order in good condition. The scooter was not damaged during shipping. I recommend these guys!!!

A satisfied customer

I like how efficient how the website is, unlike the bigger e commerce websites. Products are very easy to find and user friendly as you can navigate through them based on categories. It's not cluttered and confusing. All products are discounted and you get the best deals for great quality. I have purchased let's say different types of products from here, and I couldnt be happier with the service
