I’ve been using this provider for a few years, but sadly I’ve now moved my business to another hosting company. Unlike competitors, they don’t provide alerts when changes are made to their cloud services — and because of this negligence, I lost all of my work.
To make matters worse, instead of taking accountability or even offering an apology, they tried to upsell me a backup plan for the future. Their message read: “We wanted to update you regarding the issue with your phone system not resolving correctly after the recent migration to the new cloud server.”
They are also far more expensive than other providers, yet their so-called “financial backup SLA” was nowhere to be found when I tried to make a claim for my instance.
Save yourself the headache and go with a more stable platform like Amazon or DigitalOcean — better service, lower prices, and actual reliability.
