I get money for ordering in specific…

I get money for ordering in specific stores. At first it works well, then some stores suddenly don't work well. And after a long time strange situations, because almost nothing is registered automatically for return. I make a lot of purchases, so I noticed that even half of them were not registered. You have to fill out a form, but when I make 10 of them at once, they don't give some of them back anyway. In my opinion, someone steals money over time. If you rarely shop, you can see whether it's there or not. But when I make a lot, at least half of it is not given back. I don't trust this application and it seems to be a bit of a thief. Of course, when I write them an e-mail for the 100th time, they reply that it's the stores' fault. Honestly, I don't care, because I don't get the money. I can't apply for a refund for last year because there is a 6-week deadline. And if I don't check, I'm lost. Several orders were lost anyway. It all takes a lot of time.

Dear Magda,

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you’re feeling frustrated with the process. Our goal is always to ensure that our users receive their Ippies smoothly, and we genuinely tried to assist you in resolving your concerns.

We understand that it can be disappointing when transactions are not registered automatically. Unfortunately, we are dependent on the information provided by the stores, and in cases where purchases are not tracked, we do our best to investigate and assist. The claim process is in place to help with these situations, but we recognize that it can take time.

We assure you that we never withhold or "steal" Ippies, our business relies on fair and transparent transactions. If you still have concerns, we’d be happy to review any open cases and clarify any questions you may have. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

Best regards from the Ippies Team
