Not bad but not a great order experience
Ordered my watch in the (uk) evening of 3/10/25, i didn't receive any notification that my watch had been dispatched by the evening of 14/10 (7 full business days later), then only after i chased did i receive a notification that my order had been dispatched on the 15/10. The watch arrived to me on the morning of 20/10 (10 full working days later).
It wasn't a terrible experience but way below the average in terms of quality of communication, feedback and timelessness and seemingly it was my chasing for an order update that prompted it to be dispatched.

Order from another vendor
They promise 5-day, free shipping on their website. I had to pester them for weeks to get them to ship the item. I also had to pay $33 for the "free" shipping. Then I had to pay another $45 for the stupid tariff. Do yourself a favor and look someplace else for a watch.

Dishonest sellers.
I ordered three watches that cost over $1,000. There was no mention of any tariff being implemented on the order after placing it. After shipping, I was stuck with a $260 tariff payment. I contacted IPPOJAPAN about the tariff and they said they could not do anything about it. I wanted to send the order back, but they said I would have to pay numerous fees for the return. Nothing on their website gave any information about the extra tariffs. I will never purchase from them again. Buyers beware.
