I ordered from them on 9 December and had to pay £9 for “speedy shipping” - I also assume because it was coming from an international market was why the higher cost. The product didn’t arrive until mid January, so over a month later. I tried contacting the company several times requesting an update on where my order was and what was happening and got ignored all except one email from them asking if I had now received the product, my reply to which also got ignored. I do now have the product but it’s poor quality (arrived in broken packaging and looks really cheap) so is nowhere near worth the money spent. Super disappointing experience and will not use again. Would advise others to avoid unfortunately which is a shame as the product sounds great in principle.

This is a scam. Website looked shady, so I ordered on Amazon. They cancelled my order a week later, Hopefully Amazon will reimburse me.

Ordered a beard sponge and a beard apron for my husband’s bday - something to open on the day while he figured out what he wanted for real. The beard sponge came incredibly quickly but the apron is missing. No paperwork with the sponge. I’ve contacted the company via Instagram (DM and on public posts), via email - multiple email addresses for the company and their website contact us form. No responses at all. It’s theft! Incredibly disappointed!
