I bought a first generation apple…

I bought a first generation apple pencil from this company on the 4th of March.

It did not have pressure sensitivity function, so I contacted ipro store.

They were difficult to contact as the webform does not submit, and the phone number does not work.

Their 'expert' told me the 1st apple pencil does not have pressure sensitivity.

I referred them to both their own product page, and to an official apple source stating the 1st gen pen does have pressure sensitivity.

They said they would send me details on how to return the item and have not done so. As of 25th of April still no way to return this faulty item

I have had to issue a chargeback with my bank.

The apple store told me it is fake. I will be opening a case with action fraud.

I expect the response to this review will be them telling me to contact them for information on how to return it - and then they will subsequently ignore my emails. If they ever do allow me to return their faulty item I will update the review.

I initially ordered the wrong item by…

I initially ordered the wrong item by mistake (iPhone 15 Pro case instead of iPhone 15), but the support team handled it very smoothly. They responded the next day, provided a return label, and quickly arranged a replacement.

I also asked about the authenticity of the product, and they confirmed that it is genuine and not fake, which gave me extra confidence.

Overall, great customer service and a hassle-free experience.

Terrible company

Terrible company! I ordered an Apple wallet with MagSafe for my phone 25 days ago. This is far longer than the delivery period I was told. After 3 failed attempts to contact them with no response I have now opened a dispute with my bank to claim the money back. I’m not one to ever complain but this is awful service. Avoid!!!

Hi there,

We’re really sorry for the experience you’ve had — this is not the level of service we aim to provide.

Your order was placed as a preorder item, which means it requires additional processing time before dispatch. Unfortunately, your shipment was also affected by unexpected routing delays in the Middle East, which extended the delivery timeframe beyond what we normally expect.

We completely understand your frustration, especially with the delay in communication, and we sincerely apologise for that. That part is on us, and we’re already improving our response times to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Your order is still in transit, and we’re actively monitoring it to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible. If you’d prefer not to wait, we’re happy to support you with a resolution directly.

Please feel free to reply here or contact us again — we will prioritise your case.

Kind regards

Sold a Non-Genuine Product - Avoid!!!

Order an Apple Pencil. The order arrived and seemed okay, but upon charging with an official Apple charger, the Pencil heated up to a point where it was hard to hold and also caused the pencil to warp and melt. Extremely dangerous product.

Tried to contact the company via email, yet to receive any response. Tried to phone the company too, and no answer, and the line appears to be dead.

I have since taken the item to Apple, and they have confirmed it was a fake product. Extremely dangerous product.

Hi there,

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience — we take safety concerns extremely seriously.

However, we’d like to clarify that when you visited Apple, it was confirmed that the issue was not caused by the product itself, and you were provided with a replacement directly by Apple.

We only supply tested products, and cases like overheating can sometimes be linked to external factors such as charging conditions or faults outside the item itself. That said, your safety is always our priority, and we appreciate you bringing this to attention.

We also apologise if you had difficulty reaching us — we’re currently improving our support channels to ensure faster responses.

If you still need any assistance or clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us again and we’ll prioritise your case.

Kind regards,
iPro Support
