Dr Amit Patel fixed my back and neck pain within weeks. I have been to other chiropractors, osteopaths and physiotherapists in the area, but it never helped! This place is brilliant!

The whole process from arrival, taking the X-rays etc was steamline and efficient! I can see why the waiting room is always full!

Love this place, Dr Patel is awesome! He explained everything thoroughly and carefully. I know it will take some time to totally correct but i feel I'm on the right path with this clinic

Ok, but dated

Some amazing reviews on here - i have to say i was a bit underwhelmed by the facility & the treatment.

I have had a bad back for years (so wasnt going expecting miracles) and have been to all the other professions, but never to chiropractor before. So in short this is a review of the profession more than it is of Amits place - which is friendly, but also very dated in terms of look and treatment facilities.

I went twice - in total paid £75 and for that I got 1) weighed on two scales to check for imbalance (you can do this at home if u have 2 scales) 2) got an EMG Amplitude test which will tell you you have a sore back - seriously 1 page print out saying your back is tense / sore etc (yip, you knew that going in also) 3) back and neck cracked a couple of times - say 2 minutes of actual hands on treatment time

So in short - great if it works for some, but of all the professions i have worked with for back problems (physio, osteo, sports massage, doctors etc) this wasnt the best option for me

Amit runs a slick, effective and professional practice.
The customer service focus is exemplary with reception staff helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Treatments are always effective although can sometimes be brief, but there is always time to discuss concerns if required.
After over 30 years of chiropractic adjustments, the best, only perhaps excelled by some US based practices ( which often come at a premium).

I got referred here from a friend and its helped me loads, there was things that I was struggling with due to back pain but since coming here and having readjustments I’ve felt the difference.

Awsome place and great people. Went there with doubts - but after consultation, x rays and nerve readings and first manipulation came out pain free - did a course and now only go once every 6 weeks for maintenance.
Had a long awaited appointment at hospital nerve department where they happily signed me off as good to go.....
Did not break the bank either.....

Thanks Amit , once again you have come to my rescue , three weeks of can't stand , can't sleep , can't drive, can't have a bath , etc , etc and all the other inconveniences of a bad back that fellow sufferers know too well. As usual the helpful staff fitted me in ASAP and after one 15 min appointment I started to heal up and after the second one I am moving pretty well for 71 year old and no longer need my stick. For sixteen years I had suffered with pain, numbness and spasms in my left leg and back. The Doctor's told me years ago there was nothing they could do, and I just had to live with my condition.
Over the years, I went to two Chiropractors, although some relief was gained, within hours my pain and discomfort was back.

In June this year, I also got diagnosed with a female condition called Vulvodynia - this is a horrendous and debilitating female condition which apparently effects 16% of women of all ages - with apparently no cure.

Again, Doctors gave me no hope of beating this awful condition which, also became apparent on-line, with thousands of women giving their account of trying to cope with the daily pain that Vulvodynia causes.

After reading these on-line forums, I came across one young lady who had started to have nerve issues in her left leg and quickly developed Vulvodynia. Her conditions were exactly a replica to my own. This lady had sourced and seemed to have found a cure - A GOOD CHIROPRACTOR - after 2 weeks - a big change in symptom's
4 weeks - almost cured - she stated.

That's when I contacted The Ipswich Spine Clinic and made an appointment with Dr. Amit Patel.
The consultation was incredible, nothing like my past experiences with previous Chiropractors.
Amit told me at my next results appointment that in six weeks, I would
be a different person, free from pain experienced from my Vulvodynia, and my long term back and hip pain.

Six weeks on - he was so right, I cannot THANK Amit enough

I was so impressed by the professionalism, the quality of diagnostics and the physical results. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

My own story is one of various back pains which led to getting a pain in my back (V. Sharp) as my arm rose to a certain level. One course of treatment and pain gone, Back feels more solid and I just spent 3 nights sleeping on a marble floor, with absolutely no problems at all.

Excellent service had been under physiotherapist and extended scope only to be told there was no reason for my should pain. This was eased considerably by Ipswich spine clinic even though the shoulder pain was not the original reason for attending.

Since visiting Dr Amit Patel at the spine clinic over the last 3-4 months from twice a week to now once a month I can not stress how important it is to make that step and make an appointment. After suffering with fibromyalgia and chronic pain I am now pain free most days. I am now able to walk a distance. (thanks to figures from fitbit) and do an average of 8000 steps a day.

Having suffered with agonising back pain for seven years I had almost given up. All the other 'experts' had failed to find out the problem, Dr Patel found the problem straight away and not only that he managed to fix it in several sessions. I now go for maintenance once a month, I have no pain, I take no painkillers and am a much happier man. This chiropractor is amazing.

I am 55 and have been suffering from back pain for the last 10 years after doing Motocross and other sports injuries that have eventually caught up with me. I had almost given up hope after seeing other back and feet specialists. I decided to take advantage 10 session deal knowing that if I had just booked as you go I would probably just go 2 or 3 times and give up. Committing to the 10 sessions has made a real difference. I would say that its 85% better. Amit is a dedicated individual to his profession and has a warm caring personality. I would not hesitate to recommend Ipswich spine Clinic.

I'm a nurse and have suffered years of lower back pain and occasions of immobility. I cannot recommend Dr Patel highly enough, I had significant improvement within one session and was genuinely surprised at how quickly my health improved. Well over one year on, I'm in the same profession and still going strong. I had an incident the other day when my very strong dog pulled me on the lead and hurt my back but by the next morning I was totally back to normal again, a surprising, fast recovery...Thoroughly recommened.
