Scam
Scam. You give your fb information for results (no information about the fee) and then you are told to pay. If I know that I have to pay I would never give my fb info.
Scam
It's a scam. After taking the test you have to pay to see the results (maybe that is the actual IQ test).
This is a scam.
This is a scam that is both sophisticated and simple at the same time.
The only reason for charging money to reveal the details of how you score in an IQ test, is having a certified test technician do a writeup on your answers. There is no way this website would be able to do that within two hours, 24/7. The scam becomes even more obvious when the website asks for your credit card or cellphone number, either of which are ways to take money from you.

Not worth your time
It takes a long time to finish the test and when you do you need to pay to get your results
