If you turn a small-capital account into a profitable one, either they will not allow withdrawals or they will block your account. Even if you haven’t violated any rules, haven’t changed IP, KYC is fine, documents are verified, and the withdrawal process is fully according to company policy they will still ask you how you made your money, which strategy you used, and other unnecessary questions.
Even if you explain everything honestly for example, that you used pure price action or any legitimate strategy they may still treat you unfairly.
Everyone knows how few traders are successful in binary trading.But for those who are successful, this broker takes their money.
So, if your capital is small and you earn a profit larger than your capital, then according to their policy, they create a separate withdrawal process and use it to delay or reject withdrawals.To address this, Legal action may be required.

IQ Option does not block or limit withdrawals from profitable traders. Withdrawals only follow standard security rules that apply to every user, no matter the profit or account size. For card deposits, the withdrawal limit is the total amount deposited by card. Anything above that must be withdrawn through alternative methods, but only after all security checks are completed. These steps are required by regulations and are not related to your trading results.
We also never interfere with market execution or account balances. All trades are executed automatically according to market movement only. Asking for additional information is part of the normal security procedures used by regulated financial companies.

TRUST REVIEWS SUCH AS THESE...
Pay no attention to their 5tar rating and regulations. These broker's core intent is to run accounts(esp. of beginner traders and small deposit account) into a loss. They potray a good innoccent guy image but honestly they are just ravening wolfs in sheeps clothing. Candle manipulation is their baby. They use that to run accounts dry on subtle technicalities employed through candle manipulation. You may think you got a rock solid money management strategy but you will still loose(esp. new traders and accounts with small deposits like $10,$30,$50). Notice how candles tend to behave around the level the trade is placed, as if it is rebelled by it or has found sup/res(depending on the direction of your intent) and especially when the candle is on the loosing side of your entry point? It's like the candle wants to cross over and run for a win but something around the level where you entered is blocking it from crossing over. In the end,trade closes just an inch off your entry in a loss or diverts back to give a loss. Sometimes as they notice your account growing, their platform starts freezing frequently either before a sure shot winning signal pops(causing you to miss your entry) or after you entered a trade(manipulating the candles behind the scenes) and then unfreezes in a loss. They have been doing it for a long time and are good at it. It takes experience to notice these tricks they employ. I have been practicing and trading with this broker since 2014 and I know what I'm saying. BEWARE!!!
