Basically my account balance is 824 approximately dollors i withdrawal 824 approximately but iq option cant withdrawal... then cancel the withdrawal and balance show only 4 dollors..and iq option say 3 trade is not executed..trade is executed and profit is on my balance show. And you know only profit trade is not executed. I have VIP account of iq option. But i not recommended iq option

MUST be one of the SADEST financial companies out there. HOW they can get this many stars is a RIDDLE to me. Im sure its NOT legit.
BE VERY VERY CAREFULL with this company. They do ANYTHING to keep your money in form of spreads, fees and shut down of tokens, so that you might be forced to sell in a loss. Even when you MAKE money…its damn difficult to get it out. EVEN IF YOU ARE FULLY VERIFIED THE STILL ASK FOR SELFIES, HANDWRITTEN LETTERS WITH DATES ETC…just to make a simple bank transfer…..and they furthermore give you 24 hours to do so or they will cancel your requested transfer. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED…. This is no way legit stars they have from actual users…..they probably bought them.

IQ Option is not reliable at all. They may process small withdrawals, but when it comes to large amounts, they hold the money with various excuses. On top of that, they buy fake reviews to make themselves look trustworthy. Based on my experience, this platform is completely fraudulent, and I would never recommend anyone to use this broker.

I have withdraw 664 usd on 9th september. I ask for ARN and the team said it will take 21 days. And 1000 usd on 14th Today its been 22 days and still i havent recevied my withdrawal. And they are not providing ARN. First they ask to provide statment which should not be asked. I provided statment then they said provide only statment for card which my bank doesnt provide. They are making excuses everyday.
Update now they are saying we are raising with internal team which will take 3 more days to reply. This for sure is looking like kimd of scam.

The account opening procedure was as simple as one could be. Managed to get my account ready for trading in under an hour. I fill out the forms, even verified and deposited $50 to test it later. The onboarding procedure was spot on.
The trading app. I was thinking that I would need some time to get accustomed to it. But no. I installed their mobile app, and if you aren't a total newbie, you won't have trouble starting to trade immediately. The interface is really great. The charting was TradingView integrated, so all was clear here for me. Great job in crafting such a good trading app.
Trading modes. This is their strong suit. Not only forex cfd mode, but one can trade options, too. This is why iq option is popular. I would recommend using this broker for all traders that have trouble with overtrading. You can't overtrade if you into options trading :)
There is one account for all, so one no need to lose time weighing and measuring what acc is doing what.
Can't say anything about customer support, i didn't had any need to contact them, but this is already a big plus.
Finally withdrawals. withdrew only $10 to test it, and the transfer was completed

Probably one concern about the platform as a whole is its primary trading mode- binary options. Why don't iqoption switch fully to cfd trading, as they've already had a bunch of markets and solid execution, IDK. I tried options trading and it's not bad.
Still, when it comes to long-term trading consistency, to make impactful trades with high PR and appropriate risk management with limit orders, it won't work to be fair.
I wish this broker, leave this chapter behind, connect to MT, despite overall nice functionality and indicators of an abundance of proprietary platforms. The quality of the services iqoption has worth to do this. For me I can't ignore options completely. I worry more about beginners, who are not yet sophisticated to make good choices. It may be distracting...

Finally, the platform is not meta trader 4 or 5, which are almost identical. How people even differentiate between those two, if the charts are completely the same. Anyway, glad they are not using those, and made their own custom trading platform which is very user friendly. It packs different features that makes the trading experience even better. Plus, many tools are available to make the technical analysis including indicators. At first, starting the demo acc just to get a better understanding on how the trading style works. Later opening a live account, where real trading started. However, i didn’t feel the difference between those accs, which people told me is great, means the demo environment replicates properly.
