Worst experience. I’ve been trying to contact the team regarding my paid account, which was automatically renewed between late February and early March. Right after the renewal, the account — connected via Facebook — suddenly stopped working, and I no longer have access to it.

I’ve done everything possible to fix the issue on my end, including clearing cache and attempting to reconnect multiple times, but nothing worked.

I’ve reached out to customer support several times, including through my free account, and received no response.

I’ve essentially been ghosted. Very disappointing — it makes it very difficult to trust the platform.

Absolute SCAM!!! Cancelled my subscription in June (have the confirmation email). Got charged in July & August, spoke to customer service that assured my account was indeed closed and just check my bank account and have been charged September & October too! 😡 Sent numerous emails and no reply!

Lucky I have over 300,000 followers across IG, FB & TT so I think my followers need to be made aware that this is not a site to use because of the cancellation problems.

Currently looking into claiming fraud with my bank.

The savings in time alone make this tool worth it for anyone posting regularly on instagram.

I love being able to spot banned or low performing hashtags easily. It gives me more confidence in my Instagram strategy.

Using IQHashtags has streamlined my content planning... I can find the best hashtags quickly and my posts consistently get more traction.

100% a scam. the product works at least, cuz they help catch any banned hashtags on your account to keep you from being shadowbanned, but honestly other than that there isnt much else to do on the website. where i really say its a scam is that earlier this year i signed up for their trial (it was during a sale so i got to pay only $60) and everything went fine for a while, until one day i was logged out of my account. no biggy, it happens. so i went to log in, only i couldnt log in because everytime i tried i got an error saying "this email already connected to an account. log in." but the issue is i AM logging in, i was on the log in page, but the website was bugged. so no matter what i did, i couldnt get back into my account to use the service i paid for. i went to go look for their email so i could send them my issue, only they dont have their email listed on the bottom of the sites page. i ended up having to go searching online for it, so that was a big red flag. when i finally got it though (found in a random article on their support site) i sent them an email explaining my frustration. i waited 3 DAYS and got 0 response. i was frustrated by that, so i sent a reply email explaining that if i dont get this fixed i was gonna leave a bad review and cancel my subscription by claiming fraud (i couldnt log into their site to cancel my subscription anyways so this was my only option) i figured that would get them to answer my email, but its once again been days since i sent that email, so im here now to say this site is a scam. they only have 1 feature thats actually useful, the banned hashtag checker, but even then the banned hashtags list hardly changes and its easy to guess what is banned (literally any hashtag that is innapropriate or involves harm. ex. #waifu #razor) they get you to pay for a subscription only if u get logged out u wont be able to log back in to even use their service or cancel your subscription thanks to a bug on their website, and if you want customer support you might as well kiss your money goodbye cause it is non-existant and they either ignore your emails or their email doesn't work properly. its bad enough they dont have a support email that you can easily find, you have to go searching for it. hopefully when i go to the bank later i can file them as fraudulent anf hopefully get my money back (i doubt it though)

edit: i saw the review from blaise and iqhashtags response to it. to be fully honest, that was a really unprofessional thing for iqhashtags to say, even if the customer was being difficult. shame on yall.

Really poor customer service experience.

Hooked by free trial but never used after the log in so I can't comment on the product itself. Noticed the charge come off my account and went to log in to see what the service was as I'd forgotten. Kept encountering an error so screenshotted and sent an email to request the team cancel and refund. No reply to this email and was charged again six days later. Still trying to resolve. Avoid this company.

I loved this tool when I first got it because of the super friendly interface. It also offers many useful features to speed up Instagram growth for a relatively low price. I loved the Reels Metrics tab, saving so much time when analyzing which Reels are underperforming and which are getting the hype they deserve.

A Disappointing Experience

I recently decided to give IQ Hashtag a try, enticed by their promise of a 3-day free trial. However, my experience was far from satisfactory and raised serious concerns about the service's transparency and reliability.

Upon signing up for the trial, I eagerly conducted my first search to evaluate the tool's capabilities. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived. After completing just one search, I was abruptly blocked from conducting any further searches. Instead, I was met with constant prompts to subscribe to their paid service.

This practice feels misleading and borderline deceptive. Offering a "free trial" implies that users will have a genuine opportunity to test the platform and its features. However, IQ Hashtag's approach of allowing only one search before demanding a subscription fee is not in the spirit of a trial period. It severely limits the user's ability to assess the tool's value and functionality.

To potential users, I would advise caution. The service appears to be more focused on pushing subscriptions than providing a meaningful trial experience. The tactics employed feel like a bait-and-switch, raising concerns about the company's business practices.

In conclusion, my experience with IQ Hashtag was disappointing. The restrictive trial conditions and aggressive subscription prompts make it hard to trust the service. If you're looking for a reliable and transparent tool for your social media needs, you might want to consider other options.

We've got a problem with our account, and consequently with our subscription. I tried to find your email on your website, but couldn't. After searching high and low elsewhere, I managed to track it down on Facebook. I wrote to you twice, first on April 23rd and then on April 29th. After that, I sent you a message on Instagram. No response. Sensing a scam, I tried to remove the company card details from your website, but - unbelievably - you can't. If we don't hear back from you, we're going to contact the bank to report fraudulent use of our credit card. Our last contact with your support team was on February 21st, 2022. Back then, we spoke to someone named Kamila. We imagine things might have changed since then, but this is not how you should be handling things. Shame on you!

Update as of 6 May 2024. After leaving the above review, I was finally contacted. I found the friendliness I remembered and got the help I needed to sort out my issue. That's why I've decided to raise my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Let's hope I don't end up in this situation again.

Avoid like the plague. They will make it absolutely difficult to cancel their subscription and will keep debiting your card. I am filing for fraud. Do NOT subscribe

I've been playing with theirAI Assistant and caption generator for a few days now. It's simple and intuitive so far, plus the Ai assistant feature helps me to get practical ideas for my reels. Honestly a game changer. I thought that AI-powered features like these are heavily overrated on social analytics websites, but I guess I’ve just become a big fan. That felt weird at first, but I’m really impressed. I can easily see IQ hashtags helping my account.
This is the best thing that could happen to me, haha :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: Andd I had one silly question, and after reaching out to their support I was able to get a response in less than an hour. Thank you!

Searching for the right hashtags was my nightmare, so I'm glad I found a solution that makes them more understandable. I mostly use hashtag search and banned hashtag checker. I like the hashtag performance solution, but I'm still learning to interpret the results so I won't judge this feature for now.

They dont offer a refund, and i understand why, then this company would disapear.

I gave them a second chance :P I was skeptical at first, but yeah, they got better. I don't think there is another Instagram tool with so many functionalities, so I got no choice for now. Anyway, it works okay for me, the hashtag research feature is REALLY advanced!

Still trying to figure out hashtags so can’t share any incredible results but the experience has been enjoyable so far. The platform is intuitional and Instagram lessons included are helpful for a newbie like me.

I have nothing but good things to say! IQHashtags has saved me hours of research and makes the whole process so simple and seamless. I can’t recommend them enough!

IQ Hashtags has helped ours and our client’s accounts get a further reach than we ever thought possible through just using hashtags. We use the pro package so we can connect multiple IG accounts and it’s so worth it. Not only has the platform helped us optimize our accounts but the support team has been responsive if there’s ever a feature that’s down. I feel like some of the bad reviews are because people don’t know how to use the platform.

I should have paid more attention to the other reviews on this website - this purchase was such a mistake on my end.

I would not recommend using IQ Hashtags. I tried to cancel the service within a few days of making my purchase as I knew this wasn't the right solution. The contract notes there is a 2 week period where you can cancel and receive a refund. The contract is written in a way that there are so many exceptions to getting a refund - rest assured you won't be getting a full refund.

Speaking of customer service, how they handle customers is interesting. It felt like the first approach was to ignore me. They just wouldn't respond. Then I get "we can't find your communication" even though the questions show in the chat history on their own system. I think they determined I wasn't going away and they finally engaged.

Beyond the extremely poor customer service, the service itself I found to be terrible. The hashtag analysis is 48 hours old and most of the data, while true at some point in time, it's never up-to-date. You scan the metrics and when you actually check one on Instagram, it's the service isn't even being close to being right. I saw this in other reviews and I thought "This won't apply to me..." wow - I was wrong.

I don't mean to be overly critical of this company, but I wanted to share the details of my experience. I would guess the the company would say something like "This is spelled out in our contract" and I couldn't argue with them. If you are in the EU and didn't look at the data, you probably would be fine. But there are companies that do right by people and behave in a way that is super respectful, and then there are others.

My experience with this company was so disappointing, I certainly would recommend them to any of my friends.

Purchased about 2,5 weeks ago. Basically nothing really works. Hashtag performance is since day 1 not working and shows this message at the top of the page:

"Sorry, we’re experiencing temporary issues with collecting hashtag performance data. Our technical team is currently improving this feature to serve you better. We appreciate your patience and we’ll be back with the Hashtag Performance running smoothly in the next few days."

It has been like this ever since the purchase, next issue is the user analysis...It is completely off. After i spoke with the support (they answered only after 4 days on my 1st complaint) the answer was:

"Audience data in IQ Hashtags is collected based on what they type into their profile over time. The data from Instagram is what users have entered at registration. This means that there may be slight differences :) "

Slight differences? To give an example, according to their program all my users are women 100% while in reality it is 76% according to my instagram statistics. So if they think it is a slight difference....maybe their boss can take 24% off the salaries and tell them it is a "slight difference". Since 4 days also the user analysis stopped working and nobody replied on my 2nd complaint no more asking a full refund.
if you plan to buy this...read the above and think before you buy, not worth the money at all. They do not provide you with ant usefull data you can not find yourself in the Instagram statistics.
