Deposits are instant, and withdrawals quick No hidden fees,

Until today, April 04, 2025, I have not received any response at all, and my request has not been processed, nor has there been any response regarding the request. There is only evasion and complete disregard for messages.

This response from IQ Option to my Trustpilot review does not address my request and instead provides a generic reply without offering a real solution وMy request is clear: I am asking for an official document of the contract that governed my relationship with your company when I opened my account in 2016.

I have been reaching out to your support team through multiple channels for 44 days without receiving any response. I am facing complete neglect whenever I request any official document from the company . Directing me to contact support or email again is unhelpful, as I have already done that with no results.

The refusal to provide an official document raises serious concerns about the company’s transparency and credibility. A reputable and legally compliant company should have no issue providing such documents to its clients. Given the numerous legal complaints and fines against IQ Option, your reluctance to provide basic documentation only reinforces these concerns.

I expect a clear and direct response addressing my request. If I do not receive the requested document, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further.

I asked IQ Option to provide me with a copy of the contract I agreed to when I opened my account in 2016, which is a basic right for any client to ensure that I know the legal terms that bind me to the company. However, my request was completely ignored and not responded to, which raises serious questions about the transparency and legal practices of this company.

I noticed that during the 8 years of my dealings with iq Option Company, until now I have not received anything official from them, neither an account statement, nor a copy of the contract, nor any official records.

I have had very bad experiences with the company over the past 8 years and I will write about them in the reviews and highlight each problem separately for the benefit of all.

Any reliable company that respects its customers and abides by the laws should be able to provide this type of documentation readily. Their refusal to provide me with the contract raises doubts about their credibility and perhaps an attempt to hide illegal terms or mislead customers.

If you are considering trading with this company, think twice! Not being able to obtain your own contract means that you could be exposed to significant legal risks without any real protection.

Recommendation: Stay away from this platform until they prove that they are a transparent company that respects the rights of their customers.

Ok. very friendly costumer service but they lack some indicators

all instruments assures me of possibility to be profitable in the market cohesively with this broker. they work rapidly, if I wanna open a trade using some indicators or to draw some lines, everything is okay. no reasons to complain about smth...

I ran across this broker a couple of days ago. It turned out that it has lots of crypto assets with high leverage. I need this.
Small number of payments is a flaw, but fortunately I’m a heavy e-wallet user.

I enjoy trade on their web platform. It’s very suitable for trading on the go on my tablet-) Metatrader is outdated for this role.

With tons of good macro data coming out and earning season soon, I don't want to miss opportunities in the market. I'll be making money on this great platform.

I like to trade options at this company and sometimes forex pairs, when the situation is right. It is also great that they have developed an app.

I noticed that IQ Option isn't just an ordinary broker. Something distincts it from others, but what guys?
I can't reveal this riddle since I started trading here, something really magnetizes traders.

Thumbs up to the excellent customer support team. I had so many questions when I started out with IQ option a week ago and thanks to the support, I am more than satisfied with the answers I got.
I cannot over-emphasize the patience that they show toward their clients. In my case, none of my many questions were mindless or unintelligent. Everything was treated with importance.

I've been trading here for couple of weeks and since then I noticed no serious flaws of this company. Yeah, gradually, I notice that sometimes there may be requotes, but, c'mon, guys, they appear during high volatility and it's okay. There is no sense to scold broker for it.

The leverage for trading currency pairs is spot on! I’ve trading with low leverages before and don’t really liked it. 1:500 is the right amounts, not very big, not very small. It helping me to earn more.
