The company does not pay out money if you make profits. They keep the money in the withdraw lists with a cross next to it. You can then click on the cross to cancel the withdrawal and then the money are credited to your account in order for you to stand a chance to loose it again. I requested withdrawal to my bank card and have not received the money in 2 weeks. I send 2 emails with no respond. They also don't want to provide email addresses of the finance and legal department.

they already close my account and have 50$ stay away and use binary option and pocket optionuse those but iqoption they are scammers then this waste of money and time

Listen everyone. Iqoption has stopped paying out withdrawals even your initial capital. I made a withdrawal since 31 october 2020, till today 17th November 2020, they have been saying they currently reviewing my account and it has no time frame. I even requested that my initial deposit of 2500 usd be sent back you btc wallet, they fraudulently say that they reviewing my account. Also I have been withdrawing from iqoption since a year now up till now.

Iq option, my first trades with them. They closed my running deals. When asked why they said trader closed am . Also manipulayting the system and my account balance was going up and down. Massing my whole account balance. I didn't even now where some off my money going my money was missing off my total balance. Stay away from them. Scam. If they can do this with measly £1200 what about your £10,000 . £1,000.
