I appreciate being able to call IRA Financial and receive a pleasant and patient representative who explains things well and answers all my questions efficiently!
The wait time for a rep is also relatively short.

Morgan A was responsive, clear and helpful. This is not the first time I have dealt with her, and she is always very helpful. It is a pleasure dealing with her.

Overall the process had ups and downs, but what they really get right is having a single poc that helps guide you through it all. Ours was nelza and she was amazing. All said and done, I'd say this is one of the better custodians out there, I'd definitely recommend.

Suvie Fogelman, the customer representative I spoke with today was fantastic. I had numerous questions and issues and she was able to help me with all of them.
Unfortunately she was not able to resolve some issues, but I have great confidence she is getting the right parties involved to get them resolved.

Morgan A made my experience worthy of a 5 star rateing. I am not very computer literate so identifying, finding and filling out the forms I needed was very challenging. Morgan was very helpful. She gave me all of the instruction I needed and helped me fill out the deposit form and the 3 distribution forms (2 charitable and one for a distribution to me).I was soooo impressed with Morgan A.
