I had a great experience with this travel agency. They helped me get my Iranian visa approved in just five days! They were always responsive, answering all my messages and calls quickly. When I faced an issue at the embassy, they stepped in and resolved it immediately with just one phone call, allowing me to collect my visa without any further problems.

I applied last minute and around Iranian holidays, so the price was a bit higher, but that was expected. If I had applied earlier, the process would have been absolutely perfect.

On December 2024 i tried to get a visa to Iran applying through iranianviisa.com. I paid 36 euro, and after more then a week i contacted them and they said that there were some technical issues in Iran that delayed my application. After a few more days i went to the Iranian consulate in Istanbul where they told me that my application was rejected and asked me to apply again. So i went to an agency just in front of the consulate, i paid 200 Turkish lira, and the same day i got my visa paying the urgent fees. So actually there wasnt't any problem for me to get a visa, otherwise they wouldn't give me a visa straight away, I contacted Iranian visa.com and to talk to them it was not easy, they didn't pick up the calls and I had to call them several times to get an answer. they told me that my application was rejected on background info about the purpose of my trip (information that nobody could have known...).
So I don't recommend at all this agency.

P.s. I never applied for medical visa, only for tourist visa.
