Good Airline that needs a Bit of Improving.
A Very Reputible Airlines with very Affordable Tickets.
Functional Airplains.. i mean i get to my destination with the least cost out there with assurance of Safety.
Very reliable but if they want to Really improve themselvs. They need to Develope.
They need a Database just in case for Anything..
They need to make a way to make food orders beforehand just in case you get hungry on the way because its a luck game. Ether dry biscuits with water or the best meal of your life.
And the other thing. There isn't any option for intertainment.
Especially on long flights
So the airline is kinda Meh

Extremely Disappointed & Frustrated
Guys,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the behavior of some of the crew members on my recent flight IA 409 - 26 Feb 2023. As a paying passenger, I believe I have the right to expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism from their staff. Unfortunately, this was not the case on my recent flight.
During the flight, I encountered several instances where the crew members were rude and unhelpful. They seemed to be more interested in chatting with each other than attending to the needs of the passengers. When I asked for assistance, I was met with a super rude attitude that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. They were dismissive and unresponsive to my concerns. It was as though they were more concerned with maintaining their authority than addressing my legitimate grievances.
