Beware of this dealership

Beware of this dealership! I initially chose a Lincoln Aviator, but the same day I drove it away, it started leaking through the console on the roof, wouldn’t crank due to alarm system issues, had steering problems, and more. When I contacted the owner, he told me to bring it back and that he would put me in a different vehicle. However, I was not given a choice of vehicles or even allowed to test drive the replacement—a GMC Acadia that cost more than the original vehicle I chose. Unfortunately, this vehicle has been an absolute nightmare, with numerous serious issues, many of which were clearly hidden or ignored before the sale:
• Steering issues – The wheel is extremely hard to turn due to underlying mechanical problems.
• Exhaust leaks into the cabin – This is a major safety hazard that should have never been ignored.
• Muffler hanging down, missing bolts, and needs a full muffler system – Completely unsafe and poorly maintained.
• Interior was filthy – Looked like it had never been cleaned.
• Parts inside the vehicle were taken apart and not put back together properly – Signs of careless or unfinished repairs.
• Hard to start after refueling – A major mechanical issue that wasn’t disclosed.
• Check engine light on – Likely ignored or reset temporarily before the sale.
• Missing parts under the hood – Who sells a car with missing engine components?!
• Broken seatbelt – A huge safety issue!
• Air conditioning does not work – The heat is unreliable as well.
• Bent rim leading to constant flat tires – More money out of my pocket.
• Catalytic converter issues – This is an expensive fix that was ignored.
• Tire monitoring system malfunctions – Electrical issues on top of everything else.
• Badly rusted undercarriage – Clearly not inspected or cared for.
• Possible odometer rollback – Extremely unethical if true!

What’s worse, his ad for this vehicle was completely misleading. Here’s what he posted:

“Clean 3rd row that’s ready to go!
Low mile clean 3rd row SUV with ice-cold A/C. Runs and drives beautiful and was just professionally cleaned and is ready to go. Newer tires all around and full power options. We have powertrain warranty available for purchase on most vehicles.”

This could not have been further from the truth! When I confronted him about the discrepancies, he immediately deleted the listing for my vehicle—yet all his other “sold” posts are still up. That says everything about his business practices.

The owner also gained my trust by telling me he was a nurse at a local hospital, which made me believe he was honest. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

This dealership clearly does not care about the quality or safety of the vehicles they sell. They either don’t inspect them or intentionally hide major problems to make a quick sale. Do not trust this business, no matter what they tell you! I deeply regret buying from them, and I hope this review saves someone else from making the same mistake.
