My jacket was beautiful exactly what I wanted except it was a size too small. Customer service graciously offered to replace the jacket in the correct size. I definitely will be buying more gear from them.

I am very disappointed as this jacket looks nothing like the photo. I ordered this for my son as a crossing gift and now i don’t feel it is appropriate.

Like material and pri t but the wrong date was put the shirt. It day fall ou not fall 96. I would like a refund

READ BEFORE PURCHASING ITEM FROM VENDOR...CONSUMERS BEWARE!!

I decided to purchase my first sorority line jacket from this Vendor and seriously regret the experience! I read a review from a previous customer stating that their line jacket was stitched. Based on the review, I was expecting that my line jacket would be stitched as well. Unfortunately, that is not the outcome that I received. Instead, the presentation of my jacket lacked product integrity. The fabric was of poor quality, and it appeared that all of the characters that I requested were placed on the jacket using an iron-on or Xerox/printing system. My line jacket did not even contain a coat loop, which is one of the simplest designs to place on a jacket. I decided to contact the Vendor to express my dissatisfaction with the product and requested a refund, but the Vendor declined to provide a refund. Instead, their Customer Service Department gaslighted my concern as if I was the issue by standing behind their product.

My goal was to wear my sorority line jacket to a Divine Nine Greek event, but unfortunately, that will not happen because white residue appeared on the jacket after the first wear that cannot be removed. I simply placed the jacket on and walked outside. This white residue spreads every time I wear it. I expressed concern to Customer Service, and they advised me to send pictures. I sent the pictures displaying the white residue on the jacket, only for Customer Service to reply back and request a video as well. Now, I have to locate another Vendor to create a new line jacket.
As a Consumer, I feel as if this Vendor did not take accountability for selling poor-quality merchandise.

CONSUMERS…..BEWARE….DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! Unfortunately, there is not a rating of 0 because that is the experience that I received. The Vendor lacks accountability and will not provide a refund in the event you request it.

UPDATE: Vendor reported below that they reached out to provide clarity. The vendor did not provide clarity regarding the material being used prior to the item being purchased. The Vendor failed to issue me a refund due to grievances reported and failed to deliver excellent customer service. Instead, they kept standing behind their product, refusing to take accountability for poor service and poor product quality. The Vendor stated that they would like to address the issue... Address the issue by taking accountability and issuing a refund! I should have read reviews before I purchased the item from this Vendor! Again, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS VENDOR!

UPDATE: Vendor issued a credit on 2/28/26 for the time purchased. This credit was issued 10 days after my initial grievance, as well as consumer complaint/review. I do not appreciate how the Vendor gaslighted my complaint. I do not intend to use the Vendor for any future purchases. Again, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS VENDOR!

Only giving 1 star to ensure I can provide my honest opinion of this site. I ordered Phi Beta Sigma car seat covers for my husband for Christmas. I initiated the order on 12/4/2025. On Christmas day, I received said order. The item was a customized blanket of an image of someone's loved one. The order was so far from wrong that I immediately took a picture and attached to an email to their support team. They responded within a few hours with instructions to take a picture of the shipping information. I did as I was instructed and emailed the information to them. The next set of instructions then directed me to remove the shipping label and take a picture of the label below it. At that point, I asked them to return the funds to me and I would happily ship the erroneous items to them. I have not heard from them since. I have been scammed out of $62.99. Please steer clear of this company.

Update: The company has reached out to resolve this issue. A full refund has been agreed upon.

The product looked exactly how I requested 100% recommend these guys for any of your Greek paraphernalia needs. 🏹🛡️

I love it but I thought it would be a heavier jacket but it is thin. I can't wait to wear it.

I am a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc and I ordered a sweatshirt with the fraternity pin on the back of it. Got it today and it is NOT correct. Our fraternity pin has twelve dots in it not eleven!!!

I ordered jacket during the Christmas holiday and I feel it was delivered in a timely manner consideringthe time of year. I love how I was kept updated during the entire process via email. I was able to add my Chapter's name on one sleeve and my Crossing Season & Year on the other. The jacket is padded and warm. I am happy with the end product.

The put my frat name above number instead of my line name. Then canceled my second order of items stated they had issues with their system. Won’t use again for sure. Even clarified in the notes section.

Very pleased with the item I purchased, great quality, but I wouldn't order from them again. It took over a month (7 weeks) to receive my package.

I was not very happy with the product. The Theta on the jacket was cut off and it ran into the coat pocket on the left hand side. I felt the jacket could have been made better. Also my product was about 6 days late for arrival. Unfortunately, I won't be wearing the bomber jacket. I was very disappointed since it was personalized as well.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. Wrong mailing label was printed. No assistance with matter. Left several messages.

Got My Zeta jacket and it is really nice. The process was seamless. I like that they kept me up to date with the process, and it did not take long to get my product.

Very disappointed with the product I received as well as their customer service. My sweater I ordered is definitely not a sweater and will not keep my son warm this winter. The quality of the shirt looks nothing like it did online. I would never have ordered this product if I knew it was going to look this way. My son will probably never wear it due to the cheap appearance of his fraternity images. I had a horrible experience with customer service through the whole process absolutely impossible to talk to a human to get clarity on your order. Left multiple voicemails and was promised calls back but they never did. I will not order from this company again. Very disappointed after weeks of waiting.

The fit, the lettering-everything
