Tina O’Connor was instrumental in creating a wonderful itinerary for my group of 10 family members, who ranged in age from 16 to 75. All of us had the time of our lives seeing beautiful sites, staying in charming hotels and eating really good food. We were all impressed with the hotels having our rooms and keys ready for us upon arrival. The frequency of Tina’s communication really took the planning stress away. Lloyd, our driver, was like one of the family. He was extremely knowledgeable and he got us where we had to go via the best routes possible. This whole experience was flawless. I will definitely be using Prestige Tours Ireland again.

Our father–son trip to Ireland was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to Prestige Tours Ireland.

From the very beginning, Michelle, our travel coordinator, did an outstanding job planning the trip. She built a thoughtful itinerary that balanced history, scenery, culture, and just the right amount of spontaneity. Every hotel, activity, and transfer worked seamlessly, and the entire trip felt effortless because of the preparation and care she put into the planning.

But the real highlight of the experience was our driver and guide, Peter Maloney.

Peter was absolutely exceptional. He has a wealth of knowledge about Irish history, culture, and local stories, and he shared it in an engaging, entertaining, and easy-to-understand way. Whether we were visiting castles, walking through small towns, or driving through the countryside, Peter always had fascinating context that brought the places to life.

Beyond his knowledge, Peter was simply a wonderful conversationalist and companion for the journey. Long drives across the country flew by thanks to great discussions about Irish history, politics, sports, and life in Ireland today. He also had a remarkable ability to adjust the itinerary along the way, adding thoughtful stops and experiences that made the trip even more special.

A perfect example was when he arranged a border collie sheep herding demonstration, which turned into one of the most delightful and memorable experiences of the entire trip.

By the end of the tour, it felt less like we had hired a guide and more like we had traveled across Ireland with a knowledgeable local friend who was proud to share his country.

If you are considering a private tour of Ireland, I cannot recommend Prestige Tours Ireland highly enough — and if you are lucky enough to have Peter Maloney as your guide, you will be in the very best hands.

They were wonderful to work with. They let me design my own tour of Belfast, rather than adhering to a pre-set "canned tour," when we planned a family vacation. I would especially note that our driver/tour guide Terry was priceless. He provided personal stories, drawing on his lifetime of knowledge about Belfast. He even had a great recommendation for lunch.

We just completed a 10 day tour through Ireland with Prestige Tours Ireland and could not be happier with everything they did for our group (that ranged in size during the tour from 8 to 11 people). From my first contact with Prestige, we dealt with Tina who was always very professional, knowledgeable and responsive to everything we asked and the changes we requested. She made the planning process very easy and followed up on a regular basis to make sure we had everything needed for a successful trip.
When we arrived in Ireland we were met by our driver/guide, Peter Maloney, at the airport and he guided us to an incredibly comfortable Mercedes bus/sprinter van and from that point forward Peter took care of our every need. After about a day it was clear Peter was more than just our driver/guide, he became our friend and added so much to our trip. He alway went above and beyond what anyone could have expected to make sure everyone in our group had a fantastic time. He was a perfect match for your group and I could not think of anyone doing a better job than Peter did for us.
The accommodations and attractions they set up for us gave us a sense of the Irish culture and all of the best things the country had to offer. All at a very relaxing and enjoyable pace. While all of our hotel and stops were great, the highlight of the trip for our group was our stay at the Dromoland Castle Hotel. It was an amazing property and hotel and the service was unlike anything we could have ever expected. If other groups can make that stop work for their schedule, it is a must see location.
I can not recommend Prestige Tours any higher after this trip and we are already discussing our next trip to Ireland and it will absolutely be with Tina and Peter and Prestige Tours Ireland.

We used Prestige Tours for our recent trip to Ireland. We told them the type of experience we wanted and they met all of our needs and then some! We also loved Paul, our driver. The hotels and pubs were excellent. The castles, sheepdog demonstration, Cliffs of Moher, breweries, and jaunty car ride were just a few of our favorite activities. Highly recommend Prestige.
