Payment Taken, No Service, No Response

I made a payment and nothing happened. I contacted support by email and it has been three days with absolutely no response. I have clear screenshots of the payment as proof. This situation raises serious doubts about whether this is a legitimate service. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I will wait for a response via email and update this review accordingly, but at this point I cannot recommend this service.
