purchased the A12+ bypass from the…

purchased the A12+ bypass from the official website using binance and followed the payment instruction correctly according to the website payment page. It was supposed to be an instant bypass, after plugging my device to the software it says ' checking' after that it says 'the device is supported for A12+ for bypass and i should contact the support for registering the SN/IMEI number' instead the tool should prompt me the option to bypass the device. The same day i contacted the support regarding my problem and provided screenshots about the payment that was made from binance but unfortunately the support has not yet responded to my emails yet mind you this is a customers device. The telegram group cant even provide support because the owners somehow dont allow the customers to use the platform to get help becuase the have disabled the chat option for users in their telegram group chat. To be honest this a horrible user experience and am no longer even going to support the dev's or iremoval. The support is horrible to the core it lacks alot from their response time, so for advice please check were you put your money into before purchasing something either iRemoval gives me a refund or fix their issues.

I reached out to the support team…

I registered my serial number and even made the payment, but my device is still not showing as registered. I’ve emailed the support team 5–6 times with all the details, yet I haven’t received a single reply.

This is extremely disappointing. I have other devices as well, but I can’t proceed until this one is fixed. Ignoring customers after taking payment is completely unprofessional. I just want my issue resolved or at least a proper response from the support team
