Its not working
Its not working, I downloaded the software on March 9th, and the test showed it was usable. I purchased the service for $45, but after running the software, it displayed "YOU DEVICE IOS VERSION IS NOT SOPPORTED". I requested technical support on March 10th, but received no response. I upgraded the software these past few days, but it still shows "YOU DEVICE IOS VERSION IS NOT SOPPORTED". I waited for 5 days without a response, so I applied for a refund. Still no response. Today is the 15th, and their refund period will expire in one more day. I am extremely disappointed.

Very disappointed in this software
Very disappointed in this software. It’s not working like it used to. We recently used it on an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and although it removed the iCloud, the phone will not allow the customer to sign in to a new iCloud account afterward.
We followed all the steps and used the iRemover tools exactly as instructed, but it still doesn’t work. The device just stays stuck trying to sign in, and the server keeps failing.
I’ve been a long-time customer and understand that there may be no signal after the process, but the bigger issue is that customers can’t even sign in to iCloud. They’ve also been mentioning fixes for iMessage and FaceTime issues, but those still haven’t been resolved.
I’m also very disappointed with the customer service response. The lack of support and resolution has been extremely frustrating and honestly ridiculous for a paying customer.
We spent $110 expecting the service to work, and it didn’t. Now we have to try to recover the money through the bank because a refund hasn’t been issued.
At this point, I would strongly warn other customers not to use this software right now until these issues are fully resolved. It’s simply not working at the moment.
