Arrived late at night within 45 mins of booking. Replaced iPhone screen in 20mins and all OK. Price comparable to when I had this done in a repair shop but this is so much more convenient!

Their service was very fast! I didn’t even have to go anywhere, they came to my house and repaired my phone within 20 mins. The guy who repaired it was very nice.

Fitted worst quality back glass, has marks on the back from the adhesive and has no mag safe any more !
I was promised a 2 day turnaround it took 5 days.

Marty has been a very reliable and competent worker he came to me on Christmas Day !when I was devastated as I had cracked the screen of my iPad and was desperate to talk to my son and grandchildren in USA Marty left his family not only replacing the screen but for the same price cleaned the inside making it brand new he has been several times since as I have many electronic gadgets each time providing the same exceptional service in my home as I am disabled
I not only recommend his firm but assure you that it it would be very foolish to go elsewhere in my opinion

Cheaper than the competition (120 vs 200 quid), arrived and fixed the phone in his car, and it was a better repair job than my previous one. Happy customer.

Avoid iRepairman at ALL costs.

I needed a new screen for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The owner of iRepairman himself came to my house to carry out the repair. He quoted £220 for a "new housing", meaning a new screen and back glass. It sounded like a good deal, but in reality, it was too good to be true, and now I'm paying for it.

Instead of a proper repair, I was left with:

A phone that doesn't even fit an iPhone 14 Pro Max case (the housing isn't even from a 14 Pro Max).
A battery that overheats and barely charges (only gained 9% in an hour using a fast charger).
A fake, poor-quality screen that sticks out of the frame, shows pixel bleeding when pressed, and triggers a "non-genuine part" alert from Apple.
No OLED display as promised — the screen is visibly cheap.
A broken bottom speaker — sound now only comes through the earpiece speaker (probably due to the housing being differernt to my iPhone).
On top of that, he accused me of damaging my own phone, instead of owning up to his work.
He also left my home abruptly without providing a receipt of the botched job he had done to my phone.

When I requested a refund and demanded a repair under the warranty he advertises, he refused to fix the situation.
My phone went from needing a simple screen replacement to being in a far worse, dangerous condition.

I am now pursuing a refund through Section 75, and reporting him to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

Save yourself the stress. Never trust iRepairman. Cheap price = expensive lesson.

Not convinced a new battery was fitted and the back has not been sealed and is loose.

While it was pricey, the necessity of a same day service for immediate change of LED screen following breakage. A same day service was made within a few hours and peace of mind was reached.

£209.99 is decidedly on the heavy side to replace a broken mobile phone screen but when you'd already paid £288.80 a month earlier for the same job and expected to see the benefits of some sort of Guarantee you start to feel decidedly foolish.
Sure you pay for the convenience of a home visit but on each occasion the phone had to be taken back to the workshop for a couple of days and communication is poor.
Lessons have been learned.
