Took broken iPhone 12 in to Venice store (Sestiere di Castello 6808) because it would not power on. Assumed it had died and was willing to buy one of the refurbished phones for sale there. But a very friendly employee asked if I'd like him to try and fix it before we left town the next day. He called me in less than an hour to let me know if was fixed and I could pick it up before store closed that same day! He had photos of inside of the phone to show me what the problem was and took his time explaining it to me. Phone has worked perfectly ever since!

Very poor and unprofessional service. Had to bring my iPad (broken display) three times and they never achievend to fix it: they always installed very poor plastic displays , so the ipad couldn‘t get started nor controlled. It took 3 (!) month to get our money back High price, bad service quality.

Andrea is a great professional! Her calm and knowledge helped us to clarify some important issues! What a multitasking girl, who managed all clients in the shop at the same time, without loosing focus or quality of her services! Highly recommended!
