Quick posting of the item. Beautifully wrapped too

My package has been delayed since ordering. I haven’t received it yet so I unfortunately missed my friend’s birthday & had to give her something else. At least I was kept informed of the delay. Update! I have received my package. The foam bath is wonderful & you don’t need much to get lovely bubbles. It smells lovely. Saving the handsoap for a present but I might have to order another 😄

This rating is given based on the service I encountered with Danielle who works at the Cambridge store.
I had seen a dress in store but did not buy it at the time. A day later I decided to buy it but couldn’t go back to the store and realised it wasn’t online.
I contacted the store by email and Danielle very quickly responded, and explained the dress was not currently online. She then posted the dress online for limited period of time just so I could order it.

Driving through Stamford, and sitting at the traffic lights, my husband remarked that a dress looked nice in your window. After a quick google, I located the dress and ordered it. I love it!! Lovely Ichi brand T-shirts. Repeat buy online of one I bought in the Stamford store when I was visiting the area. Arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped. Great to be able to support a smaller retailer even though I don’t live near their stores.

I visited your Cambridge store and was unable to make a purchase in the correct size. The lady advised what and how to obtain the correct size.

on returning home, to Lincolnshire, i ordered on line successfully and received update tracking emails stating what and when to expect my parcel.

the parcel arrived several days later beautifully package in lilac tissue paper with your logo sticker. thank you so much and the t-shirt fits beautifully will definitely shop with you again.
