All feedback is important to us but I'm not sure what we've done wrong, I emailed you on 25th January but have heard no response. I know one of your emails went to our spam folder so I am guessing my email may have been sent to your spam.
Since your order on the 16th of January, we have been going back and forth with changes until correspondence stopped. Emails don't seem to be getting through any longer for some reason.
I do apologise if the technical error is on our side but this hasn't happened to any of our other customers. Please call us on 01 443 4143 and we will get your artwork finalised and the job printed.
Otherwise, let me know and I will refund your purchase.
