I highly recommend IrishFinancial.ie. The course is packed with practical, easy-to-follow material that makes accounting and running a company in Ireland much clearer. The weekly live sessions are a huge bonus you can ask questions, get real answers.

Highly Recommend This course. Everything you need to start your own buisness is in this course and it is explained very simply. This course will save you thousands on accounts fees and give you a great understanding of the financials of your buisness. Walter is also very help if you have a query.

It’s great for entrepreneurs

I followed Walter on YouTube prior to signing up for his course on irishfinancial.ie, and signed up for the early bird package as soon as it was announced. That was 2 years ago but I still refer back to his videos when I want clarity on a topic, and there's usually new content when I do.

The course is quite broad in scope, and easily worth the money. Even if you later decide to delegate responsibility for your accounts to an accountant, it provides invaluable insight into the process which they will follow and charge you for. If you are willing to go a step further, it will equip you with enough information that you can submit your own filings and avoid the bulk of the accountancy fees associated with the incorporation and annual reporting, at least until you scale your business. Though I would advise completing the course a few months in advance of needing to incorporate to give yourself some time to digest all the information.

Walter and the team are top class at what they do, I setup a company the start of 2025 and enrolled in his course in 2024 and without his lessons I would not have been able to complete the setup myself. The weekly meet ups are also a great opportunity to ask specific questions. If you are setting up your own business this course is a must.
