I recently purchased a remember me tree & hospice donation from Irish Urns as a gift to my husband in memory of his parents.
The certificate given is beautiful and Bob also included a detailed letter advising me of when & where he was going to plant the tree which was a lovely touch.

The service provided was quick and friendly, I would highly recommend Irish Urns.

I was looking for a way to mark my late Mum’s birthday and found the link to Irish Urns on the Irish Hospice website. I was so glad that I did. I chose to have a tree planted and make a donation to the hospice. Bob was wonderful. He immediately called me as I had omitted some information on the online form. He was so helpful and understanding and assured me that the oak tree that I wanted would be planted later that week. I would highly recommend Irish Urns.

When my husband died I had a terrible time trying to find the right urn. Nothing felt right. Bob and his team stepped up and went the extra mile to make and deliver the perfect one. I couldn't be more grateful for their kindness, patience and support during the most difficult time of my life. Quality packing and delivery, were also first class. Can't recommend highly enough.

Bob at IrishUrns has been wonderful from first contact. He responded to our enquiries with kindness and sensitivity and then likewise with our order which was swiftly desptached. We chose the water urn for dads scattering ceremony off the beach. It was perfect and exactly as described.

This will be our 3rd purchase from Irish memorial trees. We purchased our most recent yesterday. Within 30mins we received an email with the certificate attached and the original was received in the post today. Unbelievably turnaround time and extremely efficient service. Bob has been a pleasure to deal with and this won't be our last purchase. Our most recent was for a very close friend who lost her Mother. We could not make the funeral and we feel this gesture is a very special and soulful gesture. Needless to say our friend was lost for words and so touched on receipt of this. Wonderful service from Irish Urns and Irish Memorial Trees. I have ordered a number of Memorial Trees and am so impressed with the sensitive, personal and thoughtful service from Bob. Most recently I received a framed certificate which had unfortunately been damaged in the post. I contacted Bob and my friend (for whom the gift was intended) received a replacement the very next day. The gift was so well received on every occasion and I highly recommend this as an appropriate gift for those who have been bereaved or those who wish to mark an anniversary. It is also wonderful that donations can be made to various charities as part of the package. Five star service every time.

The level of service, empathy and kindness I experienced working with Bob today was exceptional and exceeded all expectations! Given the time difference between the USA and Ireland, it was only minutes before I was speaking with him and he was helping me through the process of making decisions on a memorial tree and certificate design. Losing a loved one is difficult but it is clear that Bob has great compassion for his customers. Thank you is not enough for the comfort you brought me.

I have nothing but positive feedback after purchasing from Irish Urns. From the very beginning, Bob was very quick to respond to all of my questions and very thorough with pictures and video of the urn I was interested in purchasing. The urn arrived less than a week later to the US in perfect condition and just as beautiful as the pictures. You get the benefit of both, a memorial tree and a donation of €40 to the hospice movement. Bob could not have been more helpful and efficient and everything was done within a week. They also send a very nice certificate to the family of your loved one.

The urn I bought was beautiful in the pictures, didn't expect that when it showed up it would be more than I could have imagined. It was even better seeing it with my own eyes.
