So far my experience is rubbish having tried to use their online help and manual to resolve a blockage. No one answers the phone or responds to emails and messages….i feel like I have wasted money on a product which simply does not work and it’s under warranty!

If only I could give minus stars

I’ve had an ongoing issue with my iRobot for over six months, and the experience has been nothing short of infuriating. The product is still under warranty, yet iRobot refuses to fix or replace it. Instead, they’ve spent months ignoring my emails, failing to respond, and when I do get through (after being on hold for hours), they just ask me to re-troubleshoot the same steps I’ve already done countless times.

It’s clear they’re stalling and hoping I’ll give up. The lack of accountability and customer care is shocking for a company of this size. I’ve never experienced such poor support or disregard for a paying customer.

If you’re thinking of buying an iRobot product — don’t. When it works, it’s fine. But the second something goes wrong, you’ll be left in an endless loop of automated replies and empty promises.

Avoid iRobot unless you enjoy frustration and wasting your time

I bought iRobot and I received no order confirmation.
I called a customer service which is operated by AI assistant. The service was so annoying. They promised to resolved the issue but it took 2 days and I received only the annoying promises by email.
NEVER ever buy products from this scammer SHIT company.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Bought a Roomba for Christmas. It broke within a week. Sent it back to be repaired as requested after contacting customer services. It was sent back broken. Sent it back again to be repaired after being advised to do so by customer services. Again it arrived back still broken. A complete waste of money. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I don't think actual people reply to the emails, it's possibly all done by AI.

We purchased one and it nearly burnt our house down if it wouldn't have been for myself seeing it we wouldn't be here now we would have burnt in a house fire do not buy from this company they are very ignorant no interested in customers safety at all

Customer care for warranty is non existent, when using in app method, it directs you to technician then nothing.
Tried phone number 012475428, rings then call is disconnected
Tried 1800946026 reaches options with two choices (neither are for warranty repair), tried both options and gave up on both after 6 minutes on each.
Tried 00441414030566 same result
Have emailed and tried online no response.
Deplorable service

Avoid

Not delivered on time (or at all yet), they don't reply to customer queries on time, and they don't answer their phones. Holding onto a probably foolish hope that it will eventually be delivered but I'm thoroughly unimpressed by their """customer service"""

Good Customer Service - Issue resolved

I contacted irobot to see if I could order a replacement brush cover as it broke. Initially they wanted me to send it back for a technician to look at it for a cost of £50 plus the cost of the part. They reviewed my request and have very kindly sent a replacement part to me. Much appreciated.

I was so excited to get my roomba back…

I was so excited to get my roomba back in 2021 but the bin broke a while ago during cleaning. I’ve been waiting to replace it for months and it’s always out of stock. We had to buy an actual hoover again now as it’s taking too long. For this reason alone I would advise against buying anything from irobot, if they stop selling the parts you are screwed.
