No customer service, poor quality products

I bought two BlackFin Model Vs in October last year having had iRocker boards in the past, which were brilliant.

All of the glued on parts of one board are coming unstuck and the other has just been recalled because of manufacturing issues.

I've been emailing weekly for over a month and had no responses. Same on Facebook.

Having been a vocal fan and supporter of iRocker and BlackFin in the past, I'm very disappointed with the quality of these new boards and the lack of support from customer services.

What was once an excellent company seems to be going downhill fast.

I won't be buying an iRocker or BlackFin board again. They aren't the premium brand they pretend to be.
