Lightweight and quick platform. Margins are good and I appreciate that I can be on the phone with a human very quickly when needed.
Was also very easy to set up an account internationally (frenchie here).

A decade of excellent brokerage experience
I have been an Ironbeam customer since 2013, when day margins weren’t even a thing. I have always had excellent support from the trade desk as well as my broker. The platform is excellent and fast. It’s nice being able to trade on a DOM from my phone. Kudos to Ironbeam staff who have supported my trading journey for over a decade. Consider me a happy customer.

BE CAREFUL USING IB PLATFORM!!
I used their demo account to learn the platform for the last 3 months and deposited $5,000 and entered my first live trade on 07/17/2024.
Just to play it safe on my first day, I bought 2 micro contracts and once it reached my profit target, I pressed CANCEL/EXIT button to close the trade. However, the system froze on me, so I click 4 more times but nothing happened.
So I decided to refresh the page and log in again but then I saw my winning trade has turned into a losing trade.
I panicked and called the help desk and Raymond Grignon from Business Development answered and he told me that I pressed CANCEL/EXIT button too many times and in result, it opened up a 4 new trades without me knowing and I was down -$150.
Basically pressing Cancel/Exit button should not open up any new trades.
And no user should be penalized for pressing Cancel/Exit repeatedly while trading.
This is absurd and unheard of.
Plus, when using a demo version, I did not experience this problem. I was repeatdley pressing EXIT/CANCEL button on the DEMO version and it didn't open a new trade.
Moving forward, He did admit that this was their system glitch and refunded my commission for the day. (Also, he never explained that refund was an one time curtesy unlike the below response from Ironbeam)
Ultimately, they declined to refund -$150 which I think its just wrong.
Glad I bought Micro contracts instead Mini or I would've lost 30% ($1,500) of my capital on my first day of trading for trying out their outdated platform.
Currently I requested a withdrawal 2 weeks ago but I still haven't received my check yet.
Ironbeam offers free level 1 data, but I would rather pay $9-12 monthly data fee and get free ACH from a different broker because in addition to their outdated platform, 2+weeks is too long to get paid.
Sure Ironbeam offers Level 2 Data worth $40 for free ,but eventually you'll spend more than $40 to utilize their wire transfer service because check by mail will hardly be delivered on time.
Theres $45 fee to cancel the existing check and another $40 fee for Wire transfer.
So if you can't wait another 30 days for ironbeam to reissue your check, you need to pay $85 in fees to utilize their wire transfer service.
Also, if Ironbeam cannot guarantee a delivery date, then at least provide a tracking number to your clients.
I dont appreciate "We Sent it so We dont Know It" kinda attitude when people need their checks within a reasonable time frame.

Iron Beam won't let me withdrawal
Update I have been able to withdraw but they said they called me but they never did and I was in the dark for weeks.
Iron Beam won't let me withdrawal. I created an account on Iron Beam and did some research into the company and didn't want to trade on their plat form I've been trying to get my funds out from my account, but they won't send me a conformation email and they won't let me withdrawal. And why do I have to request a withdrawal it's my money I should have to ask for permission to take my money out.
I’ve tried to email them but I haven’t got a respond in weeks and my withdrawal request hasn’t been responded to of I haven’t gotten any information on it like it never happened.

I am very pleased with the response time & quality of service with Ironbeam.
I have tried almost ALL of the Introducing Brokers
but they also clear their trades with Ironbeam.
(to mention the Introducing Brokers are: Edgeclear, Optimus, Amp Trading - while Ironbeam is the clearer.)
They assign you a personal expert - they will be available throughout trading hours.
My email-average response time is below 1 hours, if you call Sales team someone picks up the phone and they are excellent.
I deposited International wire transfer to all 4 brokers, happily Ironbeam was the fastest with the setup.
(Ironbeam wire was cleared and in my account in 1 day - 0 cost when depositing)

Worst company ever I don’t care what… run as fast as you can
Worst company ever I don’t care what anybody says. I called these guys this morning. I tried to open up an account with these guys. I got all the way through the process. I hit the button nothing happened, so I called the guy that answered the phone was yawning as he just had probably woken up to tell me that they had to manually open up my account, so I waited and waited and called back again and said when when when goes well, you have to wait till they come so I waited until someone came in. I called the guy that I talked to on the phone told me that it’s common knowledge that it takes a day for an account to be open then he asked me do you Do you I told him that I put in a small amount of money and and he belittled me for the measly amount of money that I put in and kept asking me if I knew how to trade futures I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody I would go to Ninja Trader but these guys their customer service sucks. I told the guy that this is who you know that somebody told me from your company and he says to me, that’s not my guy I said well he’s from your company. Well, he’s not my guy. He’s guys don’t work together, it’s big as soon as I’m gonna close it trust me when I tell you run the other way these guys suck
Outstanding support
So far the support I am receiving and the customer service is simply outstanding. Quick turnover on questions, friendly, respectful and adapted to customer learning speed, simply just great.
The broker is listed on the Tradingview…BUT
The broker is listed on the Tradingview platform as supported and integrated. I opened an account. 3-5 days, which is not bad. However, no Tradingview integration. I called and asked when I got the demo and was told only live accounts work. I got a live account, and it still didn't work, so I called and was told I needed to fill out another form to request it and pay a data rate. I'm going to try them for a while, but for now, I'm not really happy about the communication starting the account. I'll come back and update this review if the performance is good.

If I could give zero stars I would. What is the point in being able to call for assistance for people that work there to be rude? If you don't like your job, find something else to do.
They were extremely rude immediately upon answering the phone. The tone was like, 'why are you calling bothering me?' It's utterly disgusting that people like this exist. The guy rudely raised his voice several times. This is what "Customer Service" is these days. I will never use them again!
