Opening of account & Trade
I just managed to open an account with Ironbeam. That was really quick. The support team was really helpful. I will start to transfer the fund to the account as Ironbeam is so convincing.
The margin is low, with this current market volatility, I guess this will be a good platform to leverage the margin facilities.
The only thing that I do not like much about Ironbeam is the trading platform. I am using the demo account and there are a lot of things that need to be improved with the platform for it to help traders in doing their trade.

(Update1 Day after the opening of the account)
I deposited my fund (Wired Transfer) into the account and it worked really smoothly. I made the first trade using the Ironbeam free platform.
One word I can describe the platform- Excellent!. The place, edit, or cancel orders was working seamlessly.
The platform for the real account is totally different with the demo.

Their margins are misleading
Their margins are misleading, they advertise $50 micro contracts when in fact $187 is needed for /MNQ, $132 for /MES
update: yes, you are correct, I apologize for fo the bad review, the margins are enjoyed on the iron beam platform

Our margins on the products you list are indeed $50. You elected to use a third-party trading platform which doesn't support these margins. It is clearly stated on ironbeam.com/margins at the top that users of third party trading platform are subject to higher day margins. Since third-party platforms do not offer the same risk controls that the Ironbeam platform does, we are not able to safely offer the lower margins on them.

Awesome Broker!

I Traded with Ironbeam brokerage.
I Traded with Ironbeam their customer service is amazing, however their commissions are a little high. They except both Canadians and Americans. Anytime I had a question, I received an answer within a day or immediately there after. If you want great customer service this is the place to go. I dealt with Mike who was simply amazing to deal with!! Ironbeam is a great broker, when it comes to customer service. There withdraws were also ver fast by wire and by cheque it was dependant on mailing services.
