Frustrating Courier, but well handled by IFW
I ordered two kettlebells from Iron Foundry Weights, which were sent separately. The first arrived promptly by Royal Mail, however the second, sent by Hermes was delayed.
The tracking on the Hermes website was unhelpful, however Carl and Iron Foundry was brilliant. He was very responsive when I emailed him, liaising with Hermes and keeping me updated. When it became clear the delay was prolonged (+1.5 weeks due to a 'major incident'), Carl sent a replacement Kettlebell. This did arrive after a couple of days and as a curtesy gesture said I could keep the extra because of the disruption.

Premium Kettlebells
Excellent product, high quality, accurate weight, smooth and wide handles, premium kettlebell. Delivery was excellent. I ordered two kettlebells of differing weights and the two were delivered by separate suppliers, there was some confusion (on my end) about this and I received clarification on this straight away. With a same day email back. Excellent service. I will hopefully be purchasing a pair of 8kg kettlebells from iron foundry, to make a set, very soon!
