We would like to clarify, this is not an accurate review of our agency, team or results based service.
We have not worked together in any respect, and we feel it’s important to make this clear.
This being said, we do appreciate the mix up with your initial booked meeting with our team, and as we said via email, we waited on our re-scheduled meeting for around 10 minutes before assuming you won’t be attending (typically we receive emails to inform of an attendee running late) as we run a very tight calendar, so your request to directly call you instead, was not possible at the time of asking, and we apologise regarding this.
Your following email to us was not ignored but unfortunately missed which again we take complete responsibility for on this occasion, and have now set up automations directing any emails to this particular inbox to be sent to our main managed inbox.
