Great Customer Service and Comfortable Weighted Vest
My physical therapist insisted I start wearing a weighted vest for bone health. I looked into a number of companies and read a lot of reviews. I called Ironwear Fitness because I had questions after looking at their website.
Someone answered - it was the owner. He was upbeat and seemed happy to answer my questions. He assured me he stood behind all of his products, which are proudly made in the USA. He helped me find the correct size and let me know that if for any reason I wasn't happy then call him and he'd make it right. Based on reviews and his attentiveness I decided to order. When I went to order, I found an issue with the third party commerce website. So I called the owner back to let him know that the dropdown menu for CC orders had a limit on the expiry date of 2029. My CC expires in 2030, so my transaction was denied. He didn't think there was anything he could do, but he'd try. The next day he called me back to let me know the expiry date issue should be resolved. It was! I placed the order and withing the week, my new vest arrived. It fit like a glove and is actually comfortable. I called the owner again to get clarifications on how to ease into increasing the weights. He was patient and helpful. I let my physical therapist know about my experience so she can let her customers know rather than just referring them to find something on Amazon. I will continue to spread the word about my positive experience with Ironwear Fitness.
